  5. just got back from a city to bush drive, around town driving and home again, on one tank. 560km sitting on boost for alot of the driving 110kph speed signs up there its such a nice car to drive consistant at those speeds. and to over take at those speeds, just a little squirt and your around them. too bad about the bugs though, must locate a car bra
  6. ive seen my mechanic hook that litttle light thing to the blue wire up the back of the engine, think its next to the white wire. if not the blue, then the white
  7. yep was there, bloody had to park on the angled drive way, make a ugly sounding thud when i put it in revese on that angle, but not going to be parking it in that street, might get written off on that corner. didnt hear the toot though, unless it was a long consecutive one then i guess that was you
  8. just a warning when washing your car. i used the car wash last night in my car, went for a long drive plenty of bugs so i attatcked the front pretty full on. then just out of curiosity i popped the hood to see if and water got in, YEP water made it way through the hole when my Pod is and all around the area was wet, bottom of the filter was wet, even the bonnet had a decent amount of water on the sound proofing material. oh yeah this was without a hose or pipe guiding air directly to the air filter. after that little insight last night, planning of going high flow panel filter now, keep things legal and alive but can be avoiding if you take care around the area, but there is always puddles good luck
  9. hey that cooler is leagal then .... alright
  10. isnt there like some crazy CSI shit that they can track down the IP adress of the computer to were the credit cards were used in a purchase and get a home address and raid his joint and solve the whole case in less then 30mins ? or track the goods in transit and bust some skulls ?
  11. went to my brothers house in Clunes yesterday. people kept saying its a nice looking car, you picked up an awsome looking wagon. then the guessing game began, now remeber the only car's you see down there are mazda 626's, fords and holdens with the odd nissan 4x4 guess's were Subraru ? Toyota ? Volvo ? Mercedes ? one girl cheated walked right up to the rego sticker and goes ' oh yeah its a nissan wagon' even though the hub caps saw nissan, still a pretty smart way of finding out
  12. just got back from a trip to ballarat over night. damn there out in the sticks there. only saw 3 skylines in town one was a white one with a front lip and boost gauge on steering colum, you know who you are if u saw me. another was a silver with a-pillar gauges and FMIC for sale parked outside Auto Barnon Howitt Street. and a maron one some were in town. At Caroline Springs saw a silver R33 park on the grass outside Caltex servo, along with a ford and a red 300zx down a bit further ( almost like a caryard would ?) and a white r34 4dr on Citylink near the east link area, was a fair bit behind.
  13. im driving a s2 stagea. triptonic. mad fun to drive .... and can be good if cbf using a clutch and changin gears, just chuck it in drive. sometimes i can be driving and just wish it was manual. triptonic gives me that feel though, can be a little slow underpower to change up. but being a r34 coupe, sporty looking. it will eat you up inside everyday you drive it if you get the auto.
  14. CRAP i got WD-40 in my car all the time. guess thats a bad idea also hey
  15. i got some of that liquid metal paste, thinks its called lock tight. once i get the bracket made up for the front plastic bumber, squirting that shit in there
  16. wouldnt hurt, and give the ol' PLEASE EXPLAIN! , cause you paid the right's for those plates if some dumb shit puts it on a falcon to get free fuel, obviously its not a skyline, so they can suffer in their jocks. even non custom plates got stolen of a mates s13. a week laters got a replacment set for around 160bucks.
  17. you sure Brett ? had a chick at work she gots her's taken, cost her about 130 to replace one. cause only you have the rights to them, you can insure them also, so when the do get stolen it only costs about 70bucks to replace. oh and that r34 GTR, GOD DAMN that if F**king clean as! cant wait till the day i see one in my garrage
  18. Happy New Yr. Be safe everyone
  19. oh a dude a driving it that day, and a chick riding shotgun. last night going between parties, turning right of Perry road onto Cheltenahm Road and white R33 with SAU stickers on, think it might of have darkish wheels, it was around 930pm ?
  20. maybe same reason i did, if you do it yourself nice and slow you wont damage the car, or can wait for those little punks to come along with a screw driver and rip that shit apart
