I gotta agree there. The R34 looks old and cheap compared to the upcoming GTR. I better start saving, it will make an awesome everyday car and then I can make the 33GTR an all out track car

A 12.6-12.8 qtr will be done with a 106-109mph quite easily in a awd car with a 60 ft of around 1.7sec. This my experiance anyway with Evo's, Wrx's, Liberty's and GTR's. It seems with GTR's once you get in to 11 sec teritory a good 60ft is hard to get, due to the fine line of wheel spin and bogging down. That's my 2 cents worth anyway

Yeah, it seems that the right lane at Heathcote was measuring incorrect MPH on occasions. The times are correct.

You' need a monster clutch to do an 11 in a GTR. I know I cooked mine at Heathcote with only 5000rpm launches. Any formal results for the day yet?

I would like to thank all the organisers for a great day. It was fun to get out for the first time at a drag strip and see what the car can do. Next time I will have to make sure I have a clutch!

Hey buddie..... You have been totally blinded by horse power figures, which don't mean s..t! Horsepower does not always relate in quick times! The Supra WAS a great looking car for it's time, unfortunately it dated very badly, especially those cheap headlights, oooh yuck. Also do your research the HKS GTR has craked well into the 7's. And finally GTR's are not all about power, if anyone bought a GTR to make huge power they have rocks in their head. There are many cheaper alternatives than both the Supra and GTR, BUT what the GTR offers as an all round street, strip and track car there is no other car on the planet which can compete! It's nick name GODZILA was made up for a reason Thats my 2.2 cents (gst inc)

Is the sensor the white plastic with 3 little lugs on it? It's around the streeing shaft. Or is it the black lug on the clock spring? These are the only lugs I have on my R33 GTR. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys! No one seems to have replied to the top post????? I know this is an oldy but I have installed a momo wheel with a nismo boss kit and I have the same problem. After driving the car for 10 min the Hicas light comes on. There is no change in how the car steers. Can someone PLEASE HELP!!!!! I would liek to take the car to the track soon but feel unsafe! Is there a certain way to point the boss kit before fitting?? Thanks in advance.
