That's what came with my car originally, and after some quick research it's a unit made & sold just in Japan. It plays original CD's no problem, and one guide I found said it's cd-r compatible, but as yet I can't find a suitable brand of CD that will play without fault. A burnt CD I've had for about 6-7 years plays no problem, but I can't find that type any more. I've tried a few different kinds, but only a couple have even played, and even then it's a struggle to get it going. If I do get one to work, I have to leave it to run from where it starts. I can't just go to track 10 because then it won't read the disc any more. Ghey. Just wondering if anyone knows of a cd-r disc that is very good & will play in just about anything? I only have a very basic stereo (not spending money on it if it won't go faster ), but it would be good to be able to play the sort of cd's that I listen to because they are all compilations, and it sucks having to listen to one artist all the time IMO. Worse comes to worse I'll just have to buy a second hand one for like $50 that will play them, but with it being a double din unit in there now I'll have to get the gap that will be there sorted then Anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Jezz if she shows up, Lauren (nizmo) will be there, Sasha if she can make it, Lucy if she brings hers and Nancy did but she's in the USA now. But that's only the ones that say they are definately coming, but there are a few around anyway at most cruises.

I am, but there will be members from a club prone to this sort of thing so I'll be suprised if it doesn't happen.

That's it, they will make sure/hope no-one does anything stupid at the meet point, and they will see the turnout. As stated a built engine for reliability, though stock cams & injectors will still see 300rwkw.

Nothing wrong with Hybrid coolers, I got one & have had no problems with it with high power & boost. Mine came with a stencil, I didn't use it though but also can't remember what I did with it. I'll have a look in the shed for you & see if I still have it somewhere, I think I left it with my stock cooler & pipes.

Car has been re-tuned today, was hoping it would be before this & it is If I can find my bells, I'm sure I'll be there with them on.

He started a thread in the WA section probably over a year ago now, claiming he was starting a new import business (MNImports), just opened it Osborne Park. I pm'd him about a couple of common, small items (turbo timer & something else I can't remember), and he replied that he doesn't have them in stock but could get them. I straight away knew he was going to be ripping people off, because if you don't have something basic in stock... Someone asked about something a lot more expensive, I think it may have been a turbo, so I pm'd him & warned him about this guy, who luckily didn't get too far into any deal. He got the ban stick soon enough. Go straight through the product's company if you're going to supply it, it seems you went through this guy to maximise profit & it's coming back to hurt you.

Mitch won't have to pay anything towards insurance or medical costs if this guy is contactable & does have insurance. If he has no insurance, then he can get sued by either Mitch himself or Just Cars (probably JCI cos they deal with it, but he might have to for medical). If his details aren't correct & he can't be found, then Mitch will have to claim it on insurance, pay excess & have it recorded as a claim. Wasn't the greatest idea to let this guy drive home before the police came out to make sure his details were correct & he wasn't drinking, because that also affects his insurance.

There's going to be one I know of at the Murdoch Uni Park n Ride at about 8:30, so that would be your best bet.
