The way I see it the race is over once you reach the next red lights if they arent to far away....or if you are clearly the faster car and can't be bothered proving it anymore so u just put on ur hazards to "tease" the other bloke a bit...Also when u go to the street runs i've notcied they mainly put on the hazards when its a tight race because all of the crowd is down on the other end of the quarter mile!!! If you win by heaps its not really needed unless u wanna tease the loser!!

The government did this years ago..basically they either put a ban on most imports or made it very, very costly to make the ozzy car industry flourish(something like that)...but instead over time the ozzy car companies bludged cause they didnt have as much competition and the australian made cars were years behind in technology compared to overseas cars....the government is pucked... I learnt that at school!!!! hehe!!!

Mate as far as I know the stock turbo's are ceramic based and if running 13psi (recomended MAX!!) you still have a chance of blowing your turbo!! I would say buy another turbo and FMIC together so save up a bit more and get it all put in at once.... Someone please correct me if im wrong.....

Yeh you see the problem is I dont have any mechanic that i know who knows stuff about skylines well.... I've been offered by a few guys on the board help but im thinking of getting the nrma and a persons from the board or one of their mechanics to check it out so that way i cant lose....u never can be too safe!! Im willing to spend the money to get quality!!

How much does it cost to have a NRMA bloke come and check out a car before you buy it?? And also are they thorough in their checks?? I wouldn't believe a NRMA employee would be too experienced with skylines...

I reckon the 33 is 400 times better looking but the interior doesnt meet upto the looks of the body on the r33...but u can always fix up the interior a bit!!

Theres one thing i know about cops but and that is that nearly every undercover that has pulled me over has been "human" and every highway patrol likes giving out fines by the dozen... Don't the highway patrol cars have a certain quota of fines to give per shift or sumfin???

I want to get one for protection from people...I dont want people knowing that its a skyline and then coming along and keying it or trying to break in!!! Why do we live in such a corrupt world?? So which would be the best considering my car will be immaculately clean and it could get windy at times!

As far as I know all you need to run is a helmet, long pants and sleeves and closed shoes! (I prefer my thongs) But you can still go there and spectate...theres pretty big crowds and after a night of listening to some of those rota's roar your gonna be pratically deaf in both ears but what the heck!!! I'm gonna try my best to find someone to take me...After 2 days on this board it looks like ill get to put a few faces to some of these members!!
