  1. http://www.qri.biz/brands/brands_cp.html Give them a try or do you block a favour and buy my pistons
  2. I think Quantum up here is a distributor have you tried them? What size do you need? 86mm?
  3. I have a set of Neo pistons ready to go .... My linkhttp://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/337011-rb25det-neo-cp-pistons-865mm/page__p__5449423 I noticed you that you compression tested your engine and it was reading low (90psi) but still pushing decent power or didn't feel like it had lost any power? Can you or have you comp tested it again? Would be keen to know what reading you are getting now.
  4. She is a smart lass.... she got you the right helmet
  5. Didn't this series die?.... would suck for supplies further down the road. I thought they used a 240 width slick?
  6. You can use aftermarket neo injectors with the rb26 fuel rail with some spacers made to the correct length
  7. I don't mean to be rude but its a mines computer, that fact alone means you are a brand new owner of a paper weight.
  8. Unless you got it for free it wasn't real cheap, (insert Jap tuner) chipped computers are a waste of time unless you know what its tuned for AND you've opened the cover and know whats inside it. It looks like that part number is Auto,4WD. You don't know what size injectors/latency and airflow meter it is setup for, if those values are different = no start
  9. What are those coils worth if you don't mind me asking? Did you just change to clean up the engine bay? I don't mind too much how it looks but I like the idea of not having to run a lead.
  10. Thanks for the info dave. Do you already have it setup in your car?
  11. A little bit of indecision because I now fancy the coil on plug idea but I should just stick with what I have got at the moment which are the Mercury CDI coils only problem I can think if I do use them as coil on plug instead of the way I have them mounted in the picture below the wirring from the CDI to the coils will be more than 1 metre...
  12. I have a 6 channel CDI; M&W Pro 16B and have made up brackets to mount the coils on the intake side of the engine, but I am now re thinking the way I should mount them or to run a coil on plug set up.... Just wonder if anyone has run a coil on plug CDI set up on a RB engine, what CDI coils did you use? Or if you are using CDI how have you mounted the coils? Might as well mention I could care less if HKS twin power, factory coils, splitfires ... blah blah work fine at XXX hp Cheers, Alex.

  15. You don't have to get a nistune as these guys have mentioned but it certainly is the smoothest solution.
  16. No it doesn't have a nistune. I has been chipped though... Its got a socket with UV eraseable EPROM
  17. Nothing wrong with that list. You won't really find anything off the shelf for a dump pipe... an exhaust shop or workshop can make something up for you. Add a wastegate, fuel pump maybe some injectors yada yada yada, double what you think its going to cost and your there.
  18. Risking, any chance you can still get the part number for yours? Is it non abs? and who makes them if its not genuine.... going to see if I can find one locally. Cheers, Alex.
  19. What would a bolt in half cage be worth for a 180sx? Same design as the above photo?
