in one of my mod's can turn x band off, i herd police dont use x band anymore, but for sum reason im speeding less with it :S, havent found a speed cam to try mine out but worth having one and all. actually i have but it beeped when i after i drove past, got o learn the best place to mount this thing, pointed around and it picked it up like 300-500m away. soo im not too confident with these things.

ive have noticed that there are so many cameras on the street now guys, before i use to see them once a month and now i seriously lost count of how many i spot out. so im planning to invest in a radar detector, im looking into the Whistler DE-1793 SE its $695 and rank upto the best of bells. only very few radar detectors pick up the new POP band, but im seriously considering to get one of these in the near future. does any1 know any cheaper yet just as good radar detectors around? and is any1 here interesting in gettig one of these themselves too, cuz we can get a group purchase together and make it cheaper for all of us. any seggestion? cheers Phuong

i dont think u can coyright this guys, every1 has been making these "carputer" for over 2 decades, need all the "know hows" just go to mp3car.com im am very interested in this sindows, ive wanted to start a project like this b4 but i didnt have all the important parts needed, ie a 12vdc-240vac. i tried to hook up my spare computer in but without the converter i couldnt even start. it havent hit the car modifying market yet, but once it does i will know u make a SH*T load of cash, ill even invest in the business. that how confident in these "carputer" think about it guys, no cds, touch screen full surround sounds, no games consloes, fine tunning and the list goes on and on. ALL IN ONE, its still works out to be cheaper than all of the rest of the audio+dvd +games+lcd screen combined. plus all ur movies games and music is stored on ur hdd. just visit that site and see how extreme people go with these carputer. search the furoms =D im sure u get what i mean

i uderstand that he was under preussure because of the 15 yr old rule and every1 was going crazy, but the car is here and the if i dont see the same FOB price on the auction sheet when he hand me over the car, il cerrtain ask and raise all these questions. the car is here now, so i know that hes done his job, but its seems alil dodge to me too. i think i just have to wait and see.

i sourced the car out myslef, i got given no auction papers i just saw it on another site, it was an auction listing and i told him thats the car im intersted in, soo bid for me. as for the money goes i paid it all to him, i stil didnt get any auction papers of any sort or have seen any at all of my car., in that case i would have bought the car off him, hence does this mean that he is now liable for the damages??? this is confusing me, i know its not his fault but i do believe that he is party responsible because he didnt arrange the service of safe tranportation, when i said that i would pay extra for the far bar to be taken off. soo i think he is liable a there. this is all f*cked, i just want my front bar fixed, and he better deliver a cheap prices too. as for service goes, im happy with everything, just that he couldnt provide a simple request.

i paid al of the money throw my broker so far. as for the auction sheets im having a good look at it when i fully hand over the final payments for the car, thats when he wil hand me over the papers. as for now im keeping a close eye on it all.

i took the risk of not taking insurance,because it would have costed more than the front bar. it was put on ro-ro that the reason why i ask for the front bar to be taken off in the first place, i gave him 2 weeks advance b4 the loading date, and no i wasnt there, my car is a the picked up and delieveed straight to my broker where he will comply it, he told me that under RAWS it cant be out of the RAWS workshop after it has been fully licensed and complied etc. as for using brokers, i didnt have any contacts and i wanst sure about prices and the process of it all, i just had to se what is necessary to do, i know i be in direct contact with the japs next time round. if its going to cost me 300 bux i guess im ok with that. as for my broker im sure we can work sumthing out, i dont think hes a bastard. when i went to talk to him to see if i could see my car he goes "u are going to hate me for this, its got 2 cracks in the bumpers" LOL lets just hope hes kind enough to get me cheap repairs or even better pitch in for sum. then ill definately be recommend his services. but other than that i think ive calm down about it now, i know shit happens, i saw it coming just that no actions were taken that all. btw if any have contacts with the japanese supplier and the know how, PLZZZ post a sticky up and help us all out abit here to see our options. thanks guys

i had pictures of it b4 it was loaded and the front bar was perfect, no cracks or chips etc. im kinda over it now, just was pissed off that my IMPUL yes the rare bird is damage. i ask to test drive it but they didnt let me (complied under raws), if i know its runs well it would make me happier about it, egine sounds fine surprisingly with a 3"turbo back it pretty quite. other than that i have to wait at least 3 week b4 i can even drive it.

just love the car too much i guess, i knew that it would have probs getting on and off, and i did get a request in, but i guess the japanese wharfes didnt give a shit, i know it aint my brokers fault, but after the request, he is still party responsible for the safety and transport of my vehical. i know the risk invole but i im sure if u were me u wouldnt be happy about it either, and yes rierside im am baring it mate, im not immature enough to point fingers, but this is sumthing that can be avoided, and it wasnt. that the only that getting me atm.
