Did like the flames, but i wouldn't quite call it launching off the dyno. That one of GTR700 comes much closer to coming off i think. So, do you think that you'd get those flames from running antilag...

Prob sounds a little funny, but unsure of what power its making at the moment as when i picked it up, the workshop had forgot to print out the graph for me. Have to go back once they open again....also, there's still a few little issues i have with the tuning that they have done (runs a little rough, couple of flat spots, etc). Its already got a Bosch 040 pump in it, and have Sard 700cc injectors, Tomei 260 poncams and an adjustable fuel reg to go in next. Im looking at getting the bottom end rebuilt also, I know that forged rods and pistons are a must...what other areas should i look at while rebuilding??

Turbos were bought 2nd hand off these forums, unsure which version they are. 1.1 - 1.3 bar at approx 6500/6600rpm Yes, i do now realise that these turbo's are mismatched to a standard motor, but i guess thats all part of the learning process hey...Although im no mechanic, when i bought the turbo's i though that they would have come on earlier due to only having smallish exhaust housings.

Dont get me wrong, i dont want to ring its neck all the time, just looking for a safe limit so that i dont hurt the engine. Will be looking at getting bottom end rebuilt in the not to distant future so it can take a few more rev's... Thanks for the help guys.

Guys, Used the search function, but could only find info on RB25. I've just installed a set of Apexi RX6B turbos (come onto boost at 5800) onto my gtr and need to know what the safe limit of a standard RB26 is?? I used to run a Tomei chipped computer and the limiter was set at 8426, but have now just swapped over to Autronic and need to know how high i can set the limiter, without hurting the engine. The motor was rebuilt to standard spec's about 15000k's ago. Thanks for the help..

Ha, What can i say. After having a read and a vote the other day, went to a mates place later that afternnon and played a little 4 square. Brought back a few good memories from the school days.
