My hubby an i cold the sphincter of the universe quit 5 weeks ago,iv'e tried many many times to give up.Been a smoker for 40 plus years,the thing that made it so easy this time was my feet turning purple.Those ads on the packets are true,3 days after i stopped my feet and toes back to the normal pink colour.If i can do it any one can.I wish all you peeps the best in giveing up the evil weed.

i do,do heaps of ks up to qld and down to vic.Sick of the sneaky buggers hidin in the bushes nabbing peeps in the middle of nowhere on a great bit of road doin 5 or 10 over.
