  1. Thanks Chris, its been a lot hard and fiddly work to get it looking as good as it does... I havent completely sorted the catch can system yet, I am still thinking of how to plumb it in to the new inlet... At the moment it is sealed off from everything but the cam covers (still a work in progress).
  2. Ok so obviously still no 4wd... So did you find out if the problem was what you thought it would be Paul?
  3. Did you get the 4wd sorted Paul?
  4. Yep, my favourite colour, plus... It seems that most people go for red so I wanted to go against the grain. Thanks Michele... I think.
  5. Update: A few more major parts and incidentals attached, just waiting on some fluids to come in (special ordered) so that I can replace all oils and lubricants... Hopefully only a matter of a couple of weeks now New polished alloy inlet pipe and turbo: Engine re-assembled:
  6. I'll definitely have a go when mine is running again (when Im confident that I wont blow another turbo)
  7. I knew that was coming...
  8. Its a bit lower than that, has a bigger stainless rear muffler and has a smaller front lip... But thats still cool, thanks (Im not picky or anything).
  9. Im pretty sure you can buy bolt on adaptor plates from a Blitz retailer... I have a mate who has one on his R33.
  10. 139.5rwkw sounds a little low, but as you explained it does only have an exhaust, pod filter and boost controller... A good friend of mine has similar mods to his RB25 Neo (with a front mount intercooler) and it puts down 174kw at the wheels.
  11. True, they look really cool... Thats why I want one Not trying to rush you or anything
  12. VERY nice Michele... I knew you couldnt keep it stock for long Maybe now you might be able to keep up with mine when its back on the road
  13. Stupid question Will this kit work with R33 Gtst RB25DET PowerFC?
  14. Well, it seems that this thread may have died in the @ss... No pixel cars done for almost a month
  15. That sounds like a thrilling event, 3 guys sitting around talking about Sillycars for hours... (jokes).
  16. My advice would be - get rid of it... I have had nothing but problems with manual 'T' type bleed valves, they're unreliable. Save your pennies and buy an electronic controller if you want to keep the turbo you have.
  17. Are you using the Turbosmart in line bleed valve or dual stage controller?
  18. I feel so much better about my life now. lol
  19. Enough to "chirp 2nd" LOL The one on the ESP Supra is off an 18L Cummins truck engine, its obviously been modified, but Daniel is pretty protective of what exactly he has had done to it. I'll be happy with my new GT30/76R for a while (mini Twoogle) .
  20. Holy crap thats a big turbo... The last time I saw one that big was on ESP's Supra and it made 961rwkw (1,287rwhp). What sort of peak power figure are you predicting?
  21. Is the user name Trigger taken? (If it isnt I will take it) Thanks.
  22. *Shameless plug* If youre after lots of traction and reasonable durability you should consider stepping up to the 595RS-R... Also available to NSW club members
  23. There is an early 90's model Toyota Camry getting around the Erindale / Wanniassa area with a great big chrome muffler, fake chrome mag hub caps, chopped springs and a Ralliart sticker on the front windscreen... Worse still, its automatic!! Just remember people, complete tools exist to make us smile
  24. Back in the days when men were men and raced on slicks in the rain! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pqszux7F1JA
  25. Thats perfect, thanks
