  1. Here's mine, the GPS data sync isn't great but gives a good enough idea. 1:57.2759 on my usual AD08R's 1:55.4496 trying out a set of A050's. Needed a few more sessions to get used to them, was actually slower in a few places. But as Simon mentioned, they cut the day short because they wanted to go home early.
  2. Ripper day, not a big turn out. Bit strange the PIARC people ended the day a bit early, was hoping to get another session or 2 in but guess I'll just have to go back next month! Results for SAU members, not sure if there were others but listed under different club on the entry. Aaron Barnes Nissan R35 GTR 1:47.3202 Craig Ferdinands Audi RS5 1:51.4126 John Packham Nissan 200sx s14 1:53.8320 Evan Burns Nissan R35 GTR 1:54.0133 Andrew Collins Nissan Skyline R31 1:55.3026 Dave Marinucci Toyota 86 1:55.4496 Matt Lowth Lotus Exige S 1:56.1022 Alex Barnes Holden GTS 1:57.5535 Brett Stuchbery Holden Commodore VX 1:58.1070 Simon Henman Nissan Skyline 2:02.1210 Jeff Hare Subaru Forester GT 2:09.5833 Assuming I didn't fark it up, the championship was decided yesterday. Will post the results after a fact check
  3. Good stuff John, as mentioned you're the only one that can beat Aaron to the overall win. Or you can both feel free to DNF and the prius can do a bradbury Can you send over that PI number in the highly unlikely event that I get there first.
  4. Yeah grab an SAU garage. If you're there first, can you grab an additional garage either side for me? All good Tony, will be meeting up with Ash later today or tomorrow morning to get the beef.
  5. More track time works for me! Don't tell anyone lol Squires will be supplying BBQ sustenance again though Ash won't be there so we'll need a new chef. How many people do we have so I can pick up enough supplies? Believe you have the BBQ Simon? Car issues still touch and go?
  6. Nice work as usual (but needs more prius hehe)
  7. First glance the driver/car setup seemed like effort but you're right, was straight forward except for the car class. Will work out nicely for future PIARC entries at least. $205 with dorian for early bird (until thursday) isn't too bad at all for PI. Looking forward to it, haven't had a decent run at PI since Feb I think.
  8. Did you guys use the online form or just look at it? Reminds me I gotta enter still, will sort that out tomorrow. Guessing if Ash mentions he's taking care of sustenance by way of steak sanga's and skewers again there will be a rush of entries
  9. They're impossible not to like! I'll be there.
  10. I've been doing the championship spreadsheet updates this year as Martin was quite busy last year. There has been some confusion with the rounds in the later half of the year, Richo sort of clarified that but don't think there has been an official update? Unless something has changed again, Richo's last post indicated both Calder and PI are included for whoever wanted to go but the final results will allow 2 rounds to be dropped. So the year looks like this: Rnd 1 Phillip Island 1/02/2014 Rnd 2 Calder 8/03/2014 Rnd 3 Sandown 13/04/2014 Rnd 4 Winton 17/05/2014 Rnd 5 Phillip Island 26/07/2014 Rnd 6 Sandown 16/08/2014 Rnd 7 Winton 30/08/2014 Rnd 8 Calder 20/09/2014 Rnd 9 Phillip Island 28/09/2014 Edit: I have the spreadsheet up to date with the rounds as above but didn't want to publish it until I had received official confirmation from the committee.
  11. Are you making this up as you go Richo hehe Your plan and dropping 2 rounds sounds fine to me. But whatever the decision, just lock it in now and leave it be.
  12. Haven't fired it up in weeks and probably won't tonight either unfortunately.
  13. Yeah wasn't quite the same, nothing like a free feed to get people together hehe No airborne! Was being stupid and then remembered you lot were coming up fast, looked in the mirrors and it all went to shit lol. Think a few of us cut the grass over the day
  14. Not a bad day overall, only managed to beat my PB by 0.77 on the very last lap of the day. Seemed like the track was coming good towards the end as many of the best laps were that final session. I'll be glad if I never hear another VTEC engine and no exhaust (seemed like it) at full song lol Results don't list club so no idea who is who from SAU VIC. Just listing who I know... 1 5 Motul John Richardson Nissan Skyline R33 G 2500 F 24 22 1:34.1050* 3 46 Aaron Barnes Nissan R35 GTR 3800 F 33 13 1:35.3550 0:01.2500 4 96 Chris Madden Nissan Skyline 2600 F 30 4 1:36.8770 0:02.7720 6 95 Craig Ferdinands Audi RS5 4192 F 31 31 1:37.6600 0:03.5550 17 51 Matt Lowth Lotus Exige S 3500 E 33 24 1:40.4820 0:06.3770 23 6 Dave Marinucci Toyota 86 1998 E 35 35 1:42.6060 0:08.5010 31 3 Chequered Tuning - Touge Royal Jad Luciani VW Golf R MK6 2000 C 32 11 1:45.2670 0:11.1620 Jad, are your mates SAU VIC members? 9 33 Chequered Tuning - Touge Royal Justin Trofa Nissan Skyline R33 2500 F 33 10 1:38.0860 0:03.9810 32 134 Chequered Tuning - Touge Royal Troy Dell Nissan Skyline R34 2500 C 37 31 1:45.5450 0:11.4400 Any other SAU attendees? 15. I can't remember what I put on my form hehe, in any case see you up there.
  16. We're all group E/F starting on track at 10:00/10:15 which is fairly late. What about you guys?
  17. No idea on the BBQ front as Ash won't be there this weekend. Who is entered? I know Matt, Craig, Aaron and myself are.
  18. Lol nice tanty to ensure a championship win We should also DNF for rounds not completed, i.e. taxis that delay proceedings by an hour
  19. Has anyone got any type of confirmation for the 30th? Have never done a tampered day before but seen nothing by email yet. LOL Matt. Can you even get to benalla on a tank hehe. Depending on who else comes, we'll see how many jerrys we can borrow and stuff in the boot of the prius. Oh and Spreadsheet updated post Sandown round 5: http://www.sauvic.com.au/motorsport/2014_ClubChampionship.xlsx
  20. Spreadsheet updated, let me know if any errors. http://www.sauvic.com.au/motorsport/2014_ClubChampionship.xlsx John, the reason you kept getting the old one was because the link on the SAUVIC website is pointing to the wrong version.
  21. Double checking classes before I update the spreadsheet...
