hey evl, i only have the stock temp gauge, and its reading half-way when it happens. im not to sure if that is my problem as i didnt have this problem before the fmic was installed, i think its boost related as i have been running 0.8bar (12psi) both time, i have now turn it down to 0.7bar and i will wait to see if it happens

ok it happen again, 2night i was driving the car hard (12psi) 6000rpm 1st gear etc etc, and the car die, turn the key about 5seconds after it die and it started again

If you watch d1, there is one in the 2003 G1 (g1 is the street-class) it looks very different im not a fan of it but hay always good to be different

Ok, today i was driving my car and all of the sudden it just die, the engine just turn off, i wasnt driving the car hard or anything just normal crusing alone at 60. so i stop and check all the i/c piping to make sure that wasnt the problem, then try to start it up and it started up perfectly are ran fine. anyone got any idea of what it could be i had an fmic install yesterday and a new fuel pump put in on saturday

i respray my mates ae86 with a few mates. spraying isnt that hard of a job really, i would take GWP up on his offered and uses his place. i work at a spray-painter and i find that he doesnt like doing job where the person has pre the thing 1st (as most of the time the job is shitty and he has to redo it to get the spraying job looking half-alright) im about to do my frontbar myself as it has heaps of fiber class on it (brough it back from life )

i got myself a hks ssqv, didnt really like the sound of it untill i got a fmic and added some boost, now it flutters under lower boost and sounds loud as when on full boost. Never had any problem with the cops and its gone off many times around them

hey, Just got my fmic install and now are able to run 0.8bar of boost (12PSI) but now if 1st gear i get abit of lag the car doesnt kick in full boost tiill between 3500/4000rpm. The car is a s1 rb25det, my turbo has always been abit of "we arnt to sure what it is" i know for sure it is BB and does look like the front is stock but possable be a hybird with a vg30 or vg20 rear end. my mods are; exhuast (stock dump), air filter, fmic, bov, fuel-pump, and ebc is this normal? i made only 212.7rwhp @ 12psi in shootout mode, there is no boost spiking, many similar modded r33 in perth can make from 220 to 240rwhp thanks michael

GTR bonnet, will not fit a gts-t due to the headlights being different (so to get one to fit u must replace ur headlights with gtr headlights)

i will also throw in my 2cents, everyone knows im not the smartest person when it comes to cars and i ask about 100 question which are all the same just different words. But both ken and lumpy have looked after me 100% whether it be showing me how to install the fmic piping, or fixing my car after i almost killed it when it blew an oil line (just rock up and they fix it) both take the time to listen and answer my question, i once had a 30/40mins talk with ken just about my skyline good upgrade and everything else related to cars

ahah it wasnt pinging that much , remember i have never gone over 5000rpm in 4th gear on the street, im a good boy Ken my engine is magic, its been through no oil, and ping ping ping. god is looking after it for me cuz i keep forgetting 2 + i never drag/drift that is hooning and not good :headspin:

you can really notice the different i through mine was fine (by fine i mean that it wasnt making much diffences but it was) but after replacing it the differences is amazing

also could be due to u missing the turbo :jk:
