  1. It doesn't cost as much as you might think. We used to have this shifty guy, signed up on a mobile contract and racked up $8k worth of bills. Knowing Orange (when they used to sell Optus network) would probably cane us since we processed him so we went and hired a PI and debt collection agency to track him down. Cost us $450 (that was 5 years ago) and we found him, Orange brought him to court and everyone's happy. If I remember correctly, we got that $450 back from him as well as it is cost incurred for recovering the outstanding fee.
  2. Probably more useful to find a debt collection agency to sort it out. They will find a way to track the guy down Another suggestion - rock down to your nearest CBA and pretend you want to deposit money into his account, say $10-20, obviously the surname is wrong so the teller will not let it go thru. Try and ask them what's the real surname is. That might work or might not work, worth a try still. Another EDIT: ever thought of jumping onto Pulsar Group of Australia and see if he's there as well given his nick 'sssblades'....
  3. I wasted my time and tried the white pages, surname "Horsefield" and Newcastle..nothing turned up. I bet you used internet banking for the transfer - it only cares about the number but not whether the name matched with the account number.... EDIT: as they say, great mind thinks the same LOL.
  4. It's all logged these days and they aren't afraid to question employees why they look up a client for. Now you know the city he's in (Newcastle isn't that huge) and his surname, comon the White Pages gotta be a useful site now. Sounds stupid but you might nab him this way.
  5. BINGO... Allblitz: go back to that page and type in Newcastle then select state to NSW. I can assure you one thing - no matter how much you plead to the bank, they won't give you his details otherwise they'll be in deep frying oil.
  6. Will someone buy the last remaining ones as one whole lot? Will knock the price off a bit just to move it..
  7. Getting scratches/dents/rattle sure as hell beats having a car being stripped or torched. Keep the good work up mate!
  8. Kinda amazed they haven't done much to the cars but congrats none the less! I personally think the less you talk about the progress the better, just in case those scums are reading this and started to do other things to the other 2 still at large...just a thought.
  9. The scribly logo is the Jap standard mark ie not DOT/E marked.
  10. Funky, how do you check whether it's gazetted or not? Any linkage for that? Ta
  11. $11200 No Offers.
  12. Still got a couple of sets of those blinkers left Boost controller sold as the buyer has mentioned boostd33: the postage + COD fee adds up to $12.70 and takes about a week to get up there, thanks.
  13. Bump. Must sell by the end of this week.
  14. I thought all cop cars gotta be auto due to OH&S regulations?
  15. Hobbs is a funny place, sometimes they remember to take the keys out but other times they didn't - for example, couple of weeks back a mate and I rocked up there to pick up his Ceffo but a R32 GTR blocked us. We saw the keys, started the car and moved it but no one questioned what we were doing...also their battery pack is highly visible so any opportunistic low lives could've been there, waiting for the right time, jump start it and drive it under their nose. There's another place that could do this - ANJ (or is it ANK?) in Sydneham, right behind the station. Last time I've got one cleaned/vaccumed for $180 which is some $30 cheaper than Hobbs BUT it must be towed there, it is a fair hike to drive and by AQIS rules you aren't suppose to drive it anyway even to Hobbs. Cost me $60 to be towed from AAT to there and everyone's happy.
  16. Boost controller sold. Will send it COD tomorrow Yes there's blinkers left and PM on your way fellas.
  17. Boost controller must go - any reasonable offer won't be refused. Thanks.
  18. Must sell, any reasonable offer will be accepted.
  19. Will drop to $11500 temporarily as I've found a Stagea and need the funds to buy it ASAP. This is cheap as chips people, take advantage of this LOL. Can test it whichever way you like as I am certain the car is in excellent condition in every aspect.
  20. For pics, please check out the carsales ad.
