  1. Sometimes they call back to the place to confirm the order due to pranks...so be warned LOL.
  2. Like Paladin has mentioned, BMW basically benefit from that group then when the return on investment is getting a bit long in the tooth then they rip it apart. Ford's Prestige group owns Land Rover, the rest of Rover and MG combined to form MG Rover and was sold to that Phoenix Investment thingy for 10 squid. They did rack up quite a fair bit of dosh when they released the first lot of Freenlander's in the Land Rover group then see it's a good opportunity to offload them to Ford. No wonder the whole BMW group makes more cash than the ChryslerDaimler group.
  3. negitive: PM sent.
  4. You should see one of his replies elsewhere, he sound as if he had nothing to care about when someone mentioned there's scores of people he nabbed money off from and would be interested fronting him.
  5. Actually West, till this date I've yet to receive your PM. If you still wanna ask questions or make offers, shoot me another PM thanks.
  6. gtr fan: been busy with other parts of my life hence the lack of reply. Yes they're still available. Pics are on their way as my digicam chucked a fit.
  7. Oh I know which R32 that is it was one of those J-Spec special jobbie. It looked nice doesn't it?
  8. There are quite a few Newie members on here...lol. Some brave c**t should grab a spray can and write "hope the $650 for a PFC is worth it" or something. That would be fun highly illegal of course.
  9. That kinda sound like a threat if you ask me. I think what's best (IMO) is a proper letter of demand asking the turd to pay up, sets out the date when the amount has to be finalised (or at least some sort of communications has to be established) and what kind of action will be taken or has taken if the money isn't paid. Far more civilised and might actually achieve a purpose.
  10. Surely that's not the brightest crayon in the Crayola pack is it? :jester:
  11. Pics and PM on their way tomorrow when I get everything sorted out and pics taken. EDIT: now an update regarding the gauges. Don't ask me how much the replacement sensor will cost as I can't answer you on that one. Best to seek quotes from a reputable online store or their Aust distributor.
  12. Rather than going starting a new thread on negative feedback, I've got a question about it. A member bought a blinker off me thru COD but haven't picked it up for the last 3 weeks AND contiously ignored my PM. Should I give him a negative in this instance or give him the benefit of doubt for couple more days?
  13. Found these lying around the place and forgotten they exist, probably best to goto a new home. Focal PolyGlass 165V3 3-way splits Bought these from Powersound in Sydney before they wrap up the store a few years ago, been sitting next to the 12.1 sub for all these years. Brand new unused even comes with the original warranty card. Paid $800 for these, asking $500 or nearest offer. Pictures coming soon and if the price ishigher than they're worth, PM me rather than flame me here thanks. It's just a common courtesy.. In Sydney, pickup is more than welcome (but please show up..LOL) and for the interstate guys, COD only. Please note: local sales will have priority over interstate COD - cbf going to the post office and wrapping it up too.
  14. If they hold their value better that's a good thing - say you get a 30% balloon at the end of the term but your car is still worth over 40%..you pocket the payout difference minus FBT or some crap like that. The benefit is really just with the use of pre-tax money to pay for it.
  15. COD isn't exactly foolproof - got burnt once years ago with that. Technically they aren't allow to let you inspect/open the package prior to paying the dosh and it is not Aust Post's business if you get screwed. However, some post office might not be so anal about it and let you pop it open..it's all depends where you are really so it pays to be friendly with your local post office. Also, their insurance exlusion list is growing too so becareful what you're sending thru them as it might not be covered in case of damage.
  16. What's so hard to call up Prosperion (for example) and ask them for a quote and see for yourself? They're quick to come up with the numbers, sent to you in e-mail as a PDF file. You don't need an accountant to work out these numbers Also as ferni as suggested, just knock some numbrs out of the word to compare - find the leasing cost for that car thru CHP, estimated fuel price/needed to do the 25k km, insurance, rego and maintenance. Now repeat, if you're in the top end then half it and add FBT..that's how I did it and came out very close to the actual figure thus far.
  17. It's 1831 to hide numbers No wonder the surname didn't do stuff all with Whitepages..it wasn't even spelt correctly. Ah well one extra letter almost got him away from it all.
  18. Get off the high horse some of you, the youngster got on here asking for advice not a "come and 0wn3d me cause I am a dumb cvnt" session. Section 10 might work but don't like your chances...sounds like copping it sweet is the only way out for you I afraid, oh and find a new job.
  19. Anyone? May consider swaps even...
  20. The court fee isn't all that huge unless you decided to grab a lawyer to represent you. Worth a shot if his means of living is at stake.
  21. Up the top you go..
