  1. First wash after it's decent polish. Really need to work on getting all the damn polish off! Chucked the supplied mesh in behind the Xanadu grille. I like the idea of mesh bring there just to deflect whatever crap I can, but it's your fairly standard ricer mesh. Half considering trying to find some black mesh.
  2. How long did it take you Paul? Was it a full day job?
  3. Now I really want one. Crap!
  4. Looks great mate!
  5. Sweet, good luck with it all.
  6. Top work! On a hoist? Been meaning to reply to your PM - I've been away for work, only got back this arvo!
  7. Was not aware that the jazz was included. Could have sworn it was an optional extra on the BC's?
  8. Can't see how. How do the sensors work?
  9. True, but doesn't fix the fact that the Works kit mounts very low which a lot of people dislike. It's all a preference thing I guess, the Works kit does look quality, but if I can find something more OEM I'd prefer to go with that.
  10. Wing is onnnn. Hoping I can take some decent pics of the car this weekend.
  11. Yeah there are a few other alternatives - apparently the early model V35's came with them as a factory option?
  12. Any tips on fitting my aero wing?
  13. Impossible to know without trying, but my guess is that the install is going to be as complicated as installing into a "1st gen" G35.. http://www.infinitiscene.com/forum/threads/1369-how-to-install-paddle-shifters
  14. Electronics isn't my strong suit when it comes to cars, I really have no idea!
  15. Yeah yeah yeah, I'll be there. And I don't have kids either.
  16. Picked up my car from All Type today. Largely happy with the job, would have liked them to touch up the car more, but I think I always knew that the job wouldn't be up to my standards.. Grille is painted and fitted. Wing will go on tomorrow when I get some adhesive rubber stuff for it.
  17. Because it is significantly cheaper, designed for the G35 wheel (which is a similar size), and while the Works Bell kit looks good, I don't have any other carbon in my interior - I think it would look out of place. I'd like to look into a group buy sort of thing, but I'm hoping that we could make this happen for about $300 a pop. I just don't know how the wiring would work since it is for the later model G35 which I believe has a different transmission.
  18. I'd thought about this but apparently the good local guy has recently retired. Need to scout out someone decent I guess.
  19. Any thoughts on whether or not the V36/G35 Sports paddle shifters would work in our M35's? If they would work, who's keen for a group buy?
  20. Hopefully picking my car up from All Type Crash this afternoon. Aero wing painted, Xanadu grille painted, detail including brush touch up all round. It's hard to know where to stop spending money on bodywork though - there is a very minor dent in the passenger door. I could get it pulled out, but I'll be forever freaking out about some tosser denting the door again. I always park at the opposite end of the car park or take the end park, but people always manage to get way too close still.
