jujst spotted "RI55KI", very nice and clean red r32 gtr on darlinghurst rd kingscross, just then... have to say one of the hotest 32gtr's ive seen, very very nice mate!!!

ive seen them for $180 somewhere, im really interested, but cant decide between the hks ssqv and the GReddy type rs.

most of the time so long as u get a blue slip from a licenced mechanic the rta will clear the defect, as in the mechanic must be able to sign the form after checking the car over, so if u know someone u can clear it without even touching ur car :wink:wink:

yeh i was about to say that too, its a massive fine for not having a cat, not worth it.... what does it say on the defect form in the part where it says "defect must be cleared by:" and "at a:" they would of ticked a box....

i think i might be going for a hks ssqv, i like that little peep sound

try cutting a piece of timber to fit between the box and the side of the boot, wedge it in, but make sure its not too big, or u might break things that worked for me till i removed the sub box completely LOL.

hey guys im currnetly searching for a new BOV, as my recent upgrades have seen the plumb back system removed. i was running a GReddy type s bov and am looking for a new atmospheric bov. My question is, does anyone have a GReddy type RS bov, if so i am just curious as to wat noise it makes, and if you have encountered any stalling issues etc. Opinions and recommendations on other BOV's are also welcome cheers Mass

LOL to nismo33's avatar pic, um yeh as every one has been saying, the main thing is the muffler(s), change or remove some..... i have a trust exhaust system and its not that loud, but now that i removed the resonator, and changed the dump its heaps louder.

hey guys just dropped my car off at the exhaust place to get the dump fixed up, should be done by this arvo, then the tuner will take it tonight and hopefully it will be mine tomorrow, worst case wednesday.....yay cant wait!!!

yeh i guess we will see, i think it should be fine for now, but if it does go ill just wack in wat i had before, 1 tonne 5 puk clutch...

id say ur clutch will hold, i had a 5 puk clutch before this one and man it used to take a thrashing, just was a little bit of a bitch when it heated up... i dunno though

this has got me thinking guys, anyone know of a good clutch to handle about 250rwkw, i currently have an exedy heavy duty sports clutch, but i dunno if its trong enough, my mate has a wrx 2.5L pushing about 320awkw, and has the same clutch as me, but he rekons its only going to last him 2 weeks, as he is only using it to run his engine in... im not sure if mine will handle 250rwkw, but i dont really wanna go for a puk or brass button clutch... any thoughts?

yeh i know bout that mate, i just recently changed my clutch, ive got a heavy duty exedy clutch, although my mechanic thinks it wont last more then a month, but it should handle it for a while, ill prob go for a puk clutch or a brassy, i used to have one in there but didnt think id need it... by the way that would suk if i wasnt the first to drive my just moded line...LOL

LOL, yeh but it would take u a long time to take all the crap off, so just borrow my car and give it back with all of that shit missing, maybe i wont realise.....

nothing will "bolt straight on", they say they do, but i can almost garantee it wont fit without a shit load of mods, and little fiddles....id go hks 2835, not the kit though, dont need half the stuff that comes in the kit....

i would of liked to high mount it though, looks heaps better......

hi guys i dont know if anyone out there can get or has, some R34 GTR front seats, i am after a set for my r33. i dont care if the material is ripped but i would prefer them not to be, as if they are i will get them re-trimmed. cheers Mass
