I too got a Catco cat from bosimporting - just the 3inch unit to fit Skylines. With a rs260; youd want a 4-5inch cat, surely!

Sorry mate - I never got the elbow as part of the deal when I bought that particular turbo (and never used) which you then bought off me (at my $200-odd loss!!! LOL). Chase up a fella called Hooman (sau member) who sold me that turbo - he might have an elbow piece lying around, but then again he's a hardcore lier, so if you do find him, just smash his kneecaps for me pls. LOL again. All the best with it - $100 install is a bargain; take it up and shout him some bourb's as well! edit - read the rest of the thread... NICE WORK!@!!! IM GLAD IT TURNED OUT FOR YOU, MATEY! lol

Out Of The Stagea For A While........
Tangles replied to Tangles's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Cheers ppl's. 6ft4 hey.. nice work soldier. Yeah I hear ya with the back - I cant work 'too low' otherwise mine gets a bit tight too, but thats also a fair bit to do with the knees (bad knees effect ankles, hips, back, and groin/hamstring/calf muscles). Ska - Ive been perscribed Enzo (adult swallowable morphine tablets, stuff kiddie strength) but I havent got them as yet - Id rather not go down the dark druggie path, I can see myself getting addicted. Been there done that with Tramadol (one step less than Enzo) and dont want to go there again - that was a very painful time in my life (only 2yrs ago prior to the MACI surgery - all new cartilage to the right knee) Just call me MEH -

Yeah - its all fuched up right here; yet another terrible night - I really feel as if I get ZeRo sleep with these damn knees fuching me up the arse 24/7. Plus add in our miserable 4month old (sick atm), and Im rooted. Two cleanouts on the one day (to both knees, obviously), so my *new* surgeon, the grand-daddy of knee surgery in Australia, can have a look see and measure up some angles for further procedures. Either a TTT or a Patellectomy... but need more info first. Looking at my latest scans yesterday, turns out the cartilage in my knees are full of 'arthritic cysts'. He goes to me, "so your left knee is the bad one, right?" I laughed and said originally 18yrs ago, yes, but probably looks worse than my right because my right knee has been completely renovated (worth 30k it is! - thats right, I got a Falcodore for a knee). In other words...... its all fuched up for me. Meh. What a great word. MEH -
hahaha was lmao, all I wanted to say was Nice Car lol yeah I said so, skips when going over any bump - and as you know down southern SA roads 'aint that flash! I only had the player in the car for a couple of months before I sold my other car, and used the stereo from that (tapedeck/head/cdstacker/amp/sub took it out as part of the sale deal) along with some new door speakers. anyways, Im more the conservative type, so I really enjoy my R34 GTT 17s

God damn Luke, bad luck... my cosmiserations to you. Dont let it getcha down; they are a top car for sure - something you'll be able to sort out with an exchange of a couple $$ How was the problem diagnosed, ie via #5, did you get any error codes as such? Try a ECU reset? I dunno - maybe do this post in the forced induction section, as it'll definately get some experts thinking there & replying, for sure.

I saw the car in the flesh last weekend when we caught up; looks very nice in the silver with black sidepanel guards, and the 19s of course. Mind you when you took off and I was rolling my arm around, I didnt mean try to spin in up and waste that new rubber, I meant for you to wind the window down so I could say "Nice Car!" LOL Brendan

There is a $189 / 491 page R33 Service Manual, I think thats the one they mean. There 'was' once a link to it for a downloadable PDF file of it, but thats been shutdown. Im pretty sure JPNZ own the rights to this translated manual, and therefore it breaches copyright if it is 'exchanged' between ppl wiothout $$ rights going to JPNZ. I dont know how Funky has gotten around all that, maybe becasue his manuals are in Japanese writting and the local Japanese copyright may not be applicable in Australia, whereas JPNZ is a New Zealand company who translated this Japanese manual, and being based in NZ therefore AUS laws apply. Hope that helps! I was lucky enough to come across the service manual in pdf format (via GOOGLE, hahahaha) just before the webpage was shutdown. I saved it to disk and have not reproduced it in any way shape or form. Lately I have been asked a lot if I can forward this pdf.file onto ppl.........

Tangles replied to Tangles's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Well, I havent been thanked back - since I last wrote this last year I cant ride my bike anymore (just too much pain - it cripples me) Nor have I been blessed with good health to these knees - back in for double surgery to both knees on the 18th May; that'll make it surgery# 8 & 9. -
I fail to see the problem........................ ???? Nah, I can see it now, crnr of Pultney st / Rundle St, Friday evening, Paul in his batman suit (I assume he already owns one, but you dont have to tell us that Miss_N!) with a sign on his back saying "My Wife Made Me Do It" Hell, Id pay to see that (one way to recoup fuel costs?). Think we should have a Poll on the subject matter.
-
Mate - mine (Stagea, yes, exactly like your photo, as you well know!) had the petrol usage problem for the first few months, I reckon you'll need to replace the oxygen sensor. Just by putting in a new one (they only last for around 40000kms) gave me an extra 120kms per tank of fuel. Now, whats this about a owners manual? Thats simple got to be crap as far as I know - like my car didnt come with an owners manual! Id like Regency to try to make me contact the Japan owner and have them send it to me! As if!! LOL - I ended up getting the $50 one off ebay. Also - have you got your batman suit ready to go??? Ive got to see that! LOL again. If ppl dont understand, see pg2 of : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=104667 Lastly - I had to change the look of my Stagea from yours, I couldnt live with myself if someone waved to me thinking it was you, so it now looks like this (with a nice fmic protruding thru the Dayz front bar): http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...ic=103899&st=40 Brendan untitled.bmp

attessa systems are very expensive (ie $3500 - $5500)..... dont stuff around with it, if the light is on have the problem diagnosed & fixed swiftly, or pay the consequences.
