  1. The V35 is a completely new lineage for Nissan, I haven't seen very many parts that swap over. That's the big bonus for R32/R33/R34, there is soooo much available, from the exotic/expensive to the generic/good value. All tastes are catered for. The big killer is that there is no HERO car, no GTR, no GODZILLA, nothing to pass on the charisma. cheers
  2. That's a worry, did I hear bottom end knocks? Please tell GTRgeoff what the final prognosis is, he likes to hear about RB26 bottoms. What sort of sump arrangement are you running? Oil return to sump? PM me if you like. cheers PS; Regardless of the modest approach you take, the BSM budget is MUCH larger, so on a dollar per lap time basis you are miles in front.
  3. Personally I prefer twins on a GTR, all the stuff is there, just swap the turbos over. When going to a big single you need AFM adaptors, change the inlet pipework, exhaust manifold, dump pipe, wastegate etc etc. If you spent the same amount of money, the engine with the twins would make a higher average power every time. I would go GTSS's 2530's for their response, 2530's for their all round ability or GTRS's if you really want that nothing...nothing.....hang on sensation. cheers
  4. Nope, it's not a Touring Car, MR2's are Sports Cars so Production Sports is it. Might not beat the porches around the corners, but get in front off the start and turn the afterburners on.  cheers
  5. We use Castrol Formula R Synthetic 0W-40 in the Blue Mountains If you park you car in a garage, put a rug (or a piece of old carpet) under the engine. That will stop the concrete sucking out all of the temperature overnight. cheers
  6. The question is, would it be ellible for the HPI Over 2.4 Litre drag radials challenge for High Peformance Imports? After all, it is over 2 litres and it could run on radials and it is certainly "Imported". cheers
  7. I imported my Stagea through Prestige Motorsport, great service, very simple process, would do it again tomorrow. cheers
  8. I saw this picture and thought WHAT A WANKER  Then I saw this picture and thought YEP, DEFINITELY A WANKER  HANG ON THIS LOOKS INTERESTING <_< HOLY MOLY This guys is SERIOUS Yep VERY SERIOUS NICE DASH just needs a BRAVE driver and it ran 187mph (302kph) on the salt flats last time out. Plenty left apparently. cheers
  9. That's it, I have tried to make it as simple as possible. Some Group Buys take a long time as you have to wait for all the orders to come in before the first guy gets his stuff. That's not really fair. So I twisted some arms on prices and, since I am doing the engineering, it was an offer they couldn't refuse. cheers
  10. Otomoto are the distributors of HSD. They are also the distributors of OS Giken. And the distibutors for the HPI Videos. Pardon me for being cynical. <_< cheers
  11. The Nismo Z Tune R34GTR runs 87mm bore. cheers
  12. Hi Alex, I am currently checking out an independant, reliable suspension specialist in SE Qld. Couple more reference checks to go, if they pass I will add them to the list shortly. You are looking at around one full day to do everything, so around $400 should cover it. Yep, 24mm front and rear adjustable bars, camber kit, caster kit and pineapples plus springs and shocks. That should be it. Cheers
  13. Oh give me a break, Ottomoto are the distributors, what do you think they are going to print? cheers
