So I see on GTP yesterday that you get 3.7 million xp for winning the Nür 24Hr on B-spec. God only knows how much you get on A-spec; ~6 mil? Of course since you're already at lev 40, it makes no difference to your levelling- But what an awesome way to turn noobie Bobs into track-meisters in one hit.

nah check it, ima get as high tech as possible here: I'll use my phone as a tether modem to the computer via a USB cable and use my phone-plan 3G for the d/l (which Optus allows), then send that out to the PS over the wi... **fingas crossed**

can you do it via the PS3's wi-fi? can it d/l while games run?

Anyone know how much 'extra' xp you get with this update per race? Will take me ages to d/l it, so I'd kinda like to know of it's worthwhile first

haha, too true from where I currently stand, it'll take over 33,543,000 extra xp to crack B-spec lev 40 but chin up- I only need 8,987,000 more xp to get that X1 in other news; I was happy to see both teh n00bs in the first 4hr enduro go straight to class 14 after getting 30K+ xp each out of their 25% share

currently doing my first B-spec Mx-5 4hr event with 4 Bobs- my 2 good guys, and two aggro n00bs I'm training. gunna win this by over 10+ laps to 2nd place regardless. gotta do it 2 more times to get to L26. and in the mean time, I've figured out to get from level 30 to level 32 (which unlocks the Nür 4h) will take over 1.8 million xp- which means I'll have to run the Suzuka 1000 kay event at least 6 times (at ~6 hours a pop) lucky my PS3's only a few months old! no one could ever complain GT5 is 'easy to finish'...

Re: The name thing: I've seen a decent amount of pretend names that seem to have a bit of 'lost in translation' going on- Like 'Bumgarner' instead of Baumgartner

my best AI guy is now level 25, so he doesn't brake stupidly early for corners anymore and takes pretty neat lines- But he's still prone to overtaking on the long side a fair bit I guess by the time he gets to around lev 30, he'll be better than me :'|

that's EXACTLY what I'm gunna do mahfugga. or should I say -am- doing; Bob and my Minolta should be just about finished taking the big stick to the competition for the 3rd time on the Grand Valley enduro and you'll no doubt be pleased to hear I plan on using the most over-qualified car possible for every endurance race between now and nabbing that X1 that's how I roll. oh yeah

they don't come premium you can win one pretty easily. can't remember which event exactly. great for top speed, looks nice in tracking shots in the right colours- but that's it
