  6. hi guys, proxies are banned at work and i can't access the skylinesaustralia website, i get this error in firefox The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression and in IE, i get the page cannot be displayed. ive used a proxy b4 to access sau and it worked fine but i got caught using it and been warned about it lol. i can access other forums fine (eg: nissansilvia.com) any recommendations without using proxies.   7. basically what eastbear is, its a copy of GTR front bar to fit GTT, carmate have the GTR copy front to fit GTT. as for skirts & rear bar, im pretty sure eastbear are the only ones that do make them for GTT.   9. is yours a RWD or 4WD GTT ? any traction issues? lol you running the standard GTR turbos or are they N1s. gearbox should hold around 280-300rwkw considering its in good health. got a rough ballpark figure of this conversion from start to finish? this is something i wanna achieve sometime.
  10. what i rekon is that 25GT in 4dr come with 3x2 hole and R34 GT-4 as well where as 25GT 2dr & GTV has 5hole did my first skid in like 6 months last night, felt awesome with 2 wheels spinning Lol
  11. thats why OEM plastic lip ftw i love my GTR front lip cause its plastic, considering how many times ive scraped it, if it was fibreglass, it would have a million cracks over it. im happy i paid abit more for a plastic then cheaper for fibreglass. but $913 for a lip is overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrkill, not worth the $$ speak to powerplayimports, theyre eastbear dealers. http://powerplayimports.com/index.php?page...t&cat_id=52
  12. it depends how it was done during compliancing. mine was dodgely done, they removed the base, put in a wash modified to take a H1 bulb. i removed both washers on each headlight but only 1 can take a D2R bulb, the other had the ballast chopped off and rewired & when i put the D2R bulb in, the hole is too big and it doesnt sit there.
  13. Yeah thats probably why you got the 3x2 hole shafts. Lol yeah i had the same issue in my old 180, 5spd conversion + auto diff = fail lol
  14. it could also be the thrust bearing but then again that would've been changed when you put the clutch in. my car has the sqeeky clutch pedal too, slightly annoying so just always have ur music up a bit louder lol
  15. hi mate, i got one out of a R34 (fits 33 as well) but if you need the shafts then it should'nt matter. still have half shafts on them (5x hole) take it all away for $60.
  16. not if he gets a GTR fibreglass front bar thats made to fit GTT. but you will definately need GTR bonnet so a Z-Tune will finish the look off you might as well get Ztune side skirts & rear pods from JSAI to complete the look. clean 34 you got ash!

  18. i used the stock R34 drive shafts (mine had 5 hole type not 3x2 hole). i thought the auto diff was a higher ratio, like 4.363? (thats what my search uncovered and manual is 4.11) I know R32 GTST run 3x2hole half/drive shafts
  19. Hey champ, narh i didnt get them with my kit, i only got 2x bulbs & 2x ballasts, i had to pay extra for the adapters. I just ditched that, bought replacement H1 bulbs, fitted it up with no dramas

  21. pretty messed up indeed. similar thing happened prob 4 years ago at merrylands train station, the idiot tried to cross the tracks by jumping down from the platforms and yeah, got owned. serves him right for trying to cross. cops & ambo's came in prob 10minutes, trains were terminated and had to get a cab/bus/lift home
  22. hi, any dyno graphs with this turbo fitted to the rb20? what rpm does it start boosting ? any ID tags to confirm the turbo. have you got the size of the outlet snouts
  23. yes, stock driveshafts bolt straight up, as long as you get a 5 hole type. ive read up that the GTST ones are stronger then the 25GT but in a NA, it doesn't really matter as its not packing much power & wont know till it breaks and i replace it with a GTST item. Yeah thats what i thought dan, pretty much the whole suspension in a 25GT is pretty much identical a R33 GTST.
