Yeah I know, but I have a thing for fat wheels I thought 18x9.5 +12 would be fat enough but after having it for a while I reckon ill go 10.5 sooner or later. Not that theres anything wrong with what I have now.

^ Yeah ive been fooled a couple of times too, looking at the price until I realised they were staggered widths with non-GTR offsets. Once somethings meant for a GTR the price just goes up

Just seems a bit of a waste to paint over CF Ganadors as they arent actually lighter or anything, its just CF look anyway. But if youre getting em 2nd hand or on the cheap then no harm I guess I reckon paint the rims and if you want then do both the boot and bonnet but definitely dont paint the roof. It might look good on silvia's but I think it looks weird on a 33.

Yeah thats why i said irrelevant of the kit, a good point to start is a finger or two. If your kit is too low then compromise from that. But theres no way I think even a stock 34 will have a fist in between the tyre and the guard, four fingers at max. Just as a point of reference, my 32 has the stock kit and front lip, and with 18" rims, there is room for just over a finger at the rears. And at the lowest point, the cat, it is almost exactly a 100mm off the ground with only the driver inside. I know this has almost no relevance to your car as I understand aftermarket kits can be very chunky, but I thought id just put it out

I was close to buying a set in 18x9.5 +12 all round with ad07s in 265/35/18 from overseas, but it was gonna work out to be about $4k delivered. But in the end i figured I would much prefer having a set of garden variety te37's which I could use to fang around and not worry about stone chips or scratches. And when you think about it its just the colour in the end so in the end my brain kicked in and I decided against it.
