  1. If u want to check afrs and have a play with the tune on the road let me know. I will put my wideband on and plug in laptop. Be alot cheaper than getting it back on the dyno. Pm sent
  2. Use the tried and tested turbo setups as above. 1.3l 3cyl running a 480 hp motor sounds like its gonna be laggy to me.
  3. Quality and fitment was good. Just needed a slight trim and tidy up. Got them from jsai.com.au his communication skills arent the best but he has a lot of moulds and makes alot of kits for different cars
  4. next time you start a fresh build put some oil into the cylinder, it is best to wipe fresh oil on the bore when assembling then get the motor together and in the car ready to start asap ( when possible) putting oil in the spark plug hole sometimes wont work depending on the shape of the top of the piston.

  6. where the bores oiled up when assembling? how long after oiling the bores was the motor started? did you pour some fresh oil into the cylinders before starting? did you crank with no sparkplugs for a little bit before starting? what ring gap did he use?
  7. mine finished with nismo sideskirt copy and trust rear pod copy. painted in millenium jade
  8. check that they are tight, any good mechanic can rebuild calipers, its just new seals and pulling apart cleaning and reassembling. if your car is bent just get adjustable everything so you get the alignment etc good, much cheaper then trying to straighten the chassis
  9. you can check the spar drive with a LED test light at the ecu and at the ignitor if yours has one, i reckon to check the ecu wiring at the ecu where the patch loom was wired in, Oh and was the motor in an auto originally? might need to wire the park neutral switch
  10. has anyone tried running the return line into the tank ? would think this would help cool the fuel a little rather than constantly pumping hot fuel to the engine

  12. agreed, on the strip in RWD with decent rubber he might run 11.1 but on the street would just fry tyres if he even thought about planting it, 300KW GTR can run 11.3 with a good driver 370KW GTR runs 11.0ish i think on the road they feel stronger, most cars with lag feel really fast once on boost especially cause they hit right when at the max torque of the motor.

  15. Nice work Noel. Did u change much to gain the extra midrange or was it tuned stronger compared to the other dyno graph that its comparing too?
  16. they didnt atighten the clutch pressure plate correctly causing clutch shudder, is it a new clutch or just remove and refit yours?

  20. Anth why do u say v88 shouldnt see this happen? How hard is it too wire ls1 coils in?
