  5. get some new plugs and gap them to about .7mm should do the trick... ps, dont buy iridiums just get standards from repco or similar
  6. nissan charge over the roof for the tensioner and the idler, take your old ones to a bearing place and they can press in some new bearings cheap as.
  7. gredy single intke pipe $350 air flow meters $400 wat afm are these? is the single intake pipe 4 inch?
  8. it took me 1 month to get my parts from them, was a tomei oil pump so not an item they stock, honestly wouldnt wait for it...
  9. how much did you pay for them? you could have looked in the for sale section and picked up a set for a bargain (from me)
  10. any news yet? you got it going?
  11. we can all dream... yeah if your in qld go see the shark, big guy with heaps of tats and drives around in a ferrari, or he'l be riding between his clubs on his skate board
  12. not a problem, wouldnt stop it from starting, get a mechanic friend to check if its sparking and pulsing the injectors, or are you mechanically minded? one thing i have learnt is that even though a customer says it has spark is to check it any way, 9 times out of ten there wrong. not saying your wrong but....
  13. id say about 10-15kw increase.
  14. go the GTR's
  15. anything bigger than poncams and youll need to upgrade your valve train, solid lifters, stronger springs etc. poncams are good cause they just bolt in, cheers
  16. depends, do you mean cat back?(not sure) turbo back or (not sure) just turbo to cat (yes)
  17. that thing is killer, well done, me and my dad are doing up an e.h. holden, '64' old cars are heaps of fun,
  18. coils packs, try gapping down the plugs to .8mm
  19. get a long screw driver and carefully put it on the water pump housing, or the alternator or the powersteer pump, with your ear on the other end, if they all sound normal then your belt or tensioners may be noisy cheers Jeremy
  20. try another battery 1st then check all fuses etc,
  21. *on a side note* 044's can be relativley quiet if mounted properley. ie. good bracket with a think rubber insulator between pump and bracket and insulated between bracket and mounting surface.... i have the rubber between the pump and the bracket and inbetween the bracket and the boot floor, even if i suspend the pump in the air by holding it it vibrates its ass off and is noisy as, any ideas how to queiten it up a little(i have rags covering it which helps a little) cheers Jeremy
  22. maybe the tuner hasnt changed the maps enough? is the comp setup for the q45? what is the airfuel doing on the graph where it dies down to 270kw?
  23. "Hybrid Dual Stage Electronic Boost Controller Cost: $250 Pros: Cheap, Easy to Install (kinda), Easy to Use Cons: No control over GAIN etc that you get with a good EBC Does not monitor boost levels and compensate for drop off Nothing more than a electronic solenoid Experience; could not hold 1 bar, kept dropping a good 5PSI" im running the same as above, but 24PSI, had to change the wastegate spring so the controller didnt have to bleed off so much. have found ramping up of boost varies a little, between 380kw to 416.9kw
  24. R32 GTR 044 external with std pump feeding it, using proper insulated bracket, using stock FPR and rail and lines, just sard 800 injectors, currently seeing 416.9kw@all 4 on 24PSI Noise: Way too much Noise, not sure if i have a faulty fuel pump, but it is soooo noisy, glad my exhaust over powers it once your moving, very easy to install, hardest part was wiring it up. no issues with start or 1/4 tank syndrome. Ps only need a fuel pressure reg if your injectors are maxed out and you want that little bit more power without upgrading the injectors
