looks shmick juggernaut. is the the highest power you have made so far? i just fitted my 3071r t28 flange .86 56T, running a GK tech manifold modded for external gate, and running stock inlet. cant wait to get it tuned with my solid 260 12mm tomei cams. hoping to make some numbers close to yours. DVSJEZ

just weld the holes up. but do it in small spirts so it doesnt warp the flange

There seems to be a lot of confusion here, every one is asking me why i needed to put in new bearings. so here is my answer i have never killed any bearings, when i first built the engine i didnt know about the common rb26 oil problems. so i pulled the crank out and put on a JUN collar and Tomei oil pump (upgrading from the N1 pump i had on it) fitted an oil restrictor and external oil return, and i thought for the sake of 150 dollars i put some new bearings in. every one has been worried that the engine might have failed. which it hasnt. not sure 100% but remember reading something about running a seperate header tank to give even flow of coolant at a even temperature or something like that. seen it on a race setup. i have set my inlet up to be removed alot easier, things like the IAC have been made easier to un bolt

might also be due to the lack of cooling in cyl.6. so you pulled the rb26 head off in the car? not a fun job aye?

My mate just bought my stolen wheels without knowing so car will now be sold with 17x9 Sparco light weight wheels freshly painted with Federal tyres. will post up pics tommorow

try turning headlights on then cranking, if the headlights die down to nothing the battery is discharged. might need a new battery

use jumper cables... with a car that is running. if the battery dies to less than like 9-10V skylines dont like starting sounds to me like the battery is discharged

X2 very common, the gasket between the manifold and turbo starts to leak and the boost pressure whistles out.

is it possible that the clearance on this valve wasnt set right? who put motor together and timed cams?

if your car runs rough after you have put it back on and tightened it up it will more than likely be because your plugs have fouled up from trying to keep it running, mite be lucky and all is sweet
