  1. Hey Jazza where did you get this kit? my motor hates it idling around in the heat starts to chugalug
  2. Spotted a few 33s today A white one with black graphics on the side and clear tail lights near TTP A black one on north east road with black rims A red one pretty standard driving along Hancock rd Also spotted an old red 31 boosting up and down my road about million times with some kind of turbo conversion, that motor aint gonna last with that treatment
  3. Its either black or white with 32s I say WHITE so do what I say!!!!
  4. Bump this shizzle up, seen it around Adelaide very nice car got me into skylines
  5. Well I just had an R33 FMIC kit put into my 32, the only problem was the pipe that goes in front of the fan was too big so it was rubbing against the bonnet and hitting the fan, so had it modified and it fits fine. Shouldn't be to hard going from a 32 to a 33 kit only the piping going into the plenum may need some minor mods.
  6. Lol well I spotted a dude that looked like PK in a silver 33 with SAU sticker on the back. Also spotted a black 32 parked on Currie with vertex rear bar and skirts also with SAU sticker plus a yellow 33 GTR driving along Currie.
  7. Mine is 5 puk cushioned rated at 260rwkw pretty sure the diff isn't a problem as I can feel the shudder through the clutch pedal might give it a few weeks and try to get used to it. Not easy going from sloppy stock clutch to a ceramic button.
  8. Think I spotted PK on Hindley St bout 11am, I was crossing the road going into uni.
  9. The friction point is about three quarters from the floor and it will shudder if you put any load on it. I'm basically dumping the clutch with plenty of throttle to get off the line its a pretty quick takeoff all the time, reversing is bad I engage the clutch quickly and push it back in over and over to go about 3kph. For changing 1-2-3-4 its great much quicker than an organic. Yeah I do would this be a problem anyone, Simmy do you use the stock diff? The place where I had it fitted didn't machine the flywheel is this important?
  10. I second a 89-92 corolla, was my first car absolute gem for reliability, cheap its comfortable and nobody will even know your there Get a later model one with 5sp twin cam 1.8 if you need a bit of go
  11. Yeah I just got one of these Excedy hd ceramic cushion button clutches last week and now I'm regretting it, do you guys find it impossible to get off the line smoothly!!!!. I need advice on using it, I have been giving it about 20% throttle and letting out the clutch as quickly as possible otherwise it shudders badly and feels like I'm damaging it. I'm always chug chugging of the line hoping that i dont snap a gear. Do I just need practise cos I've tried everything I can, maybe an organic clutch is better for me. NYTSKY how do you live with it for street driving??
  12. yep thats hot the 'Evolution' model is gonna be weapon It has competition though the new NSX is coming out to.
  13. I think I spotted Nightcrawler on Hancock Rd this arvo, I was waiting at the bus stop for like 20 mins for the late mofo bus driver.
  14. I'll grab the cruise details off ya not to keen on the dinner unless its maccas before the cruise bit unsure whether Im free but I'll keep it in mind
  15. White 32s are porn , would luv a set of those rims
  16. I have an 040, hasn't given me any of these problems feels the same as a stock pump except for the noise. I know this doesnt help much but its probably the way its installed not the actual pumps fault
  17. Sweet, was it a bitch getting it in? looks like it fits with plenty of space at the front but not much on the sides so u mounted the turbo on the front. How much power does she make?
  18. VQ30DET 199kW at 6000 rpm and 368Nm at 3600 rpm, more of a luxury car engine should put one in my 32 gtst
  19. Spotted a pair of 33s leaving TTP near HJs chatting at the lights one wine red with aftermarket front bar and the other white, I was driving in the other direction so couldn't see plates, to busy watching the road like a pirate
  20. Its not like Nissan would've grabbed some VQ35DEs chucked on some turbos aftermarket style and bored them out. The engineers would've completly redesigned the engine, its been spotted all over the US driving around while engineers log info on the engine and improve it. They test it for reliability buy literally sitting them on the rev limiter until they blow, seeing what failed first and upgrading it. The main point is will it be better than the RB26? and stock it will almost put out twice the power
  21. 911 turbo beater, 350kw+, 4wd, definately worthy of the GTR badge Cant wait to see it properly unveiled at the Tokyo motor show even though its not hard to imagine without the covers Is it going to be sold by Nissan Aus? just so I can see some around the streets if not meh they'll be imported by like 2015 maybe I'll be able to afford one then
  22. No that isn't the stock motor only later model 32 gtst's had the silver top NICS Rb20, it is a good thing though as it is better than the red top ECCS Rb20 which is the stock motor for the car. The silver top has bb turbo and rated at a bit more power. As for potential Rb20s are good for stage 1 mods like exhaust, bit of boost, ECU, gives about 160-170rwkw. Turbo, intercooler, fuel pump, AFM, injectors gives 200+kw but they lack torque and people usually dont bother and dump them for rb25s
  23. My R32 fuel light comes on soon after the needle passes E, its a small light same as the fuel pressure light you see on IGN-ON It changes from orange to red
  24. I'll be there (drunk dude wearing a sombrero) !!Butterfly Effect!!, Tool, Muse, my chemical romance, will be a sweet day
  25. Nope but my exhaust is pretty loud Steve at AMMAR did mine he built the brackets and mounts, did a quality job, you can listen to it next cruise
