Saw a Golf GTi tonight and thought it might fit into the crieteria actually...what are they going for new/2nd hand ? This isn't for me by the way, it's for my brother with this job he's just landed... I'm also suggesting an F6 Typhoon....Not sure what they're going for 2nd hand (BA/BF) but if they can be had for under $40k in good condition, one of those in black, with the black wheels, they do it for me nicely... I just don't think $40k is enough to get one of the nice (what I deem nice anyway) Euros like the Mercs/Beamers etc...and Saabs dont really do anything for me..

Edited first post. Just found out it can't be more than 5 years old, so that'll seriously limit the options with the $40k price limit...

new or second hand doesn't matter, as long as its not over $40k, and is from a dealership...obviously the newer the better, but obviously with a limit of $40k the newer you go the further down the ladder you get as far as models go

No real preference but a coupe would be fine... Probably something in black too by the way...
