I asked the question on nico club .com, and I got a response, "you don;t need to worry about that plug. it goes to one of the big white plugs near the ecu that aren't used" I have had mine Running with only 1 plug connected, it seem to run fine, but After 4 laps on the track, the turbo exhaust housing got way to hot and is now stuffed (warped). Don't know if it has anything to do with how the TPS is hooked up, but that was the only thing I have changed and the car was fine before.

  15. On A 25 box, you can not get the input shaft off with out totaly stripping the box IE, removing reverse gear and overdrive. Once thaey are removed, the main shaft and cluster has to be pushed out of the centre plate at the same time. Then input shaft and 4th synchro will come away from the main shaft. You then need to remove a C clip on the main shaft to allow you to remove the 3rd and 4th synchro hub.
  16. I had a look at mine today, those clips that you put a pic up of, are only on my 5th gear synchro hub. My 1st -2nd and 3rd-4th synchro hubs only have the shift inserts. (the ones in the pic I put up ) my gearbox is a 5/98 model which is a bit different than the early models and maybe this is one of the different things.
  17. Can't find them in fast, but I think there is 3 of them. I think they are on the 5th gear synchro hub. i will look at mine tomorrow. The only things on the 3rd and 4th synchro hub are the 3 shift inserts, and 2 insert springs.
  18. p/n fast comes up with is, 32609-70L70. there is 3 of them. i was having the same plobem with 3rd and 4th crunching, My 3rd syncro ring was worn and my 4th was cracked.
