After my motor was built, it only had the standard restrictors (RB30), First time on the track at Symmons, it pumped shit loads into the catch can.(3 litres in 5 laps)For that season, I just plumbed it back to the sump and got away with it. In 2010 I spun a rod bearing, and had to rebuild it again, this time 1mm restrictors went in as well as the VCT getting a 1mm restrictor, I also fitted 26 covers with mines baffles, now I don't get a drop in the catch.

They come with the street pads which are shit, but they also have a race pad.

Only 12 months with 440, was mostly 300. I have only ever ran the G4 green race pad. They work really well.

I have been running the G4 356mm kit on my R33 Gtst circuit car for 4 Years.(running 440kw) The only thing I didn't like was the supplied brake lines, but i had new ones made up. I have just replaced the rotors after 4 years of use. bang for buck they are great.

Hi Jay. The clip is from a Tas super series round, not a super sprint. I havn't read the regs, but normally they only run 4 cars on the track at one time. Don't get yourself too worried about it all. Its great fun. You will do a timed lap, after that, just get in a group that runs similar times. With scrutineering, As long as your car is road worthy and hasn't got oil leaks you will be fine. Just follow the regs. Just do it, you will have a great time. Its not about being first. cheers Leigh
