Yeah the interior pieces are painted in Silver. The shortshifter is a full replacment gear lever which gives it a much shorter throw.

Not sure of the true K's to be honest. Drives well, occasional puff of smoke when you drop it back so may have slightly worn rings... Worst case RB20's are only a grand! Gearbox is fine and shortshift kit makes it fun! All the suspension gear makes it handle supurbly and the hicas lock kit makes a big difference! um, don't think I got your PM mate, what did you ask? what happened to the wasted spark?

with all the dicking around, would it not be easier to replace it with a big aftermarket turbo? I know what paying for something like this can be like but you know you will want to eventually anyway.

off the top of my head it is about 60-65 duty on a neo r34 turbo on an rb20 to get 13.8psi.

can't really help, I just set the duty cycle on mine and left it there... didn't play around with the responce. Can't even remember how to. Works fine for me until I get the RB25 and a bigger turbo that is!
