  1. Wonder what F40's are selling for these days?!?!
  2. Also that body kit is amazing, you've got 19's on there and they just look like 17's with all that gap between rim and guard
  3. Wow, even the pretentious wankers with 612's etc would feel small when an F40 rolls in.
  4. Fu(k me dead, what an effort! I thoroughly enjoyed read that. Ok; 1. Love the colour. Is it custom or from a late model car? 2. Did you weigh the car before and after the dynamat? 3. Which is the final spray shop (eg the one you were happy with) 4. The chrome bit on the right hand side that looks like it says "SUPRA" on it - do you have another pic please? 5. You have NO idea how jealous i am of the dash pic at night, thats just perfect 6. Hows the traction? 7. Is the FMIC thick enough? (sarcasm here ) 8. Great work on the headlights, but have you got something planned for the high beams? Ive found thats a weakness at night, in hills 9. Do you have more pics please, of the gap between the thermofans and the pulleys? For example, if someone wanted to bypass the FMIC and have the turbo run straight to the throttle body between the thermos and the pulleys, is that gap wide enough to allow that? Ive tried to measure, but mine has the clutch fan and i cant tell where thermos would be unless i fit them 10. The whole car, is a real credit to you. Well done!
  5. Here's a short vid at idle. The fuel pumps are whats causing that whine noise;
  6. Yeah thats what i love about sales, someone will pay what they think its worth but they love a bargain. So if it appears to be a bargain they will buy, even if its not Cover postage and ill send it hahaha
  7. Easy, this long; <----------------------------------------------------------------------------->
  8. Thats pretty hard to answer without body condition and a list of every part on it
  9. That certain mod is also the one who approves topics for this area Thanks for doing it though
  10. Well i'd better get my sh!t together and sort out the brakes and rego He's local to you?
  11. Ok be honest, how many times now have you caught yourself looking at the pics from overseas? Lol
  12. Sounds very serious, that's my kind of GTR! So what's he doing hanging out with a gtst owner? You're welcome here anytime remember That the same turbo as Stuarts right?
  13. What a crap thread. Seriously. You've got a gts4, and want to change cars/have something quicker. Ok that's fine. Don't want rwd? Fine. So the plan is to spend 10-15k on your gts4, changing the running gear and a bit of panel work, which will end up being worth less than a stock gtr and most likely slower than one with 5k spent on it. Wow, smart move. Just buy a car that's already turbo awd and save yourself the hassles. R33 GTR's are under 20k, so sell the gts4 for 10k then add another 10k, get the gtr, then 5k on it. This thread has "I want to do it all on a budget" written all over it, starting an engine swap is a mistake as you'll be leaning towards cheap parts which end up being more of a problem. Not being rude, being realistic instead.
  14. Mila Kunis is a fkn goddess. Instant marriage material.
  15. That may be easier in Sydney Let's see a thread in the projects area about your supra, there's a heap of supra fans on here
  16. Well I definatly don't subscribe to "gtrs are the be all and end all" crowd, but someone would be crazy to get out of a fast and well set up one and not be impressed. Take my supra for example, drives great, comfortable, looks good etc. But at the end of the day every car has different qualities that match owners expectations. For example a GT3 in my eyes is the PERFECT car, but I can understand there are others out there that are damn good at the same time. IMO trying out other peoples "perfect" cars is really fun to see differences and compare positives and negatives etc
  17. After places like CRD, unigroup is a breath of fresh, affordable, friendly air. I'm a Yavuz groupie for sure.
  18. Bring it over, there's some neighbors who would love it if it's a single turbo haha I'll no doubt like it cause it's a 2.9L which is nice and rare!! How's the lag though, got a dyno sheet?
  19. Look at restrictive exhaust, piping, intercooler, plenum and manifold etc
  20. Procams (as Tomei's website says, why does no one search anymore) require new buckets and clearancing, poncams are drop in and require no clearancing or bucket changes. Edit; this probably isn't valve float given how far stock springs get pushed with no floating issues. I'd be going for 260 in and ex with 10.8mm, but your going to spend a fair bit then. If you don't want to spend the 500 on springs, maybe you shouldn't be changing cams a this will cost more than 500. Cams, 850 or so, buckets, 450 or so, labour, say 400 or so but then there's clearancing aswel
  21. Ok thanks heaps
  22. Thats awesome! Glad to see one being used instead of just sitting around looking nice
