    Has Anyone Got One!

Why not start an SAUR35 register? Eg; Model: Year: Colour: What do you like best about the car: Is your grey or Aust delivered: Biggest suprise about owning it: What did you have before the R35: How does it compare to other cars you've owned: How have you found Nissan servicing (Aust delivered only): Sunday driver or everyday car? Have you done any mods to the r35:
  6. A porsche turbo owner buying a GTR, mmm Why exactly are you buying one over an already existing great car in your garage? (Asking to hear a buyers view, not a journo's)
  7. Oh well, thats ok Very nice Porsche in your sig
  8. Thats a bit kinky Shell
  9. What a great first post! Got more pics of these?
  10. I think you'll find there's already 2 events planned for the 15th Best bet it to have a look in the events section to see whats coming up and choose a date from there (not trying to discourage you, but 2 things on the same day already may make it hard) then you'll have a better chance of a good turnout Cheers
  11. Ah, i see. Well there's a few guys i can think of off the top of my head that run that setup (and larger) in Vic. Have you seen the thread RPMGTR has? He's got a set of TE's for sale Im in the same boat as you, well almost; -APRacing front and rear -378mm front discs -335mm rear discs -Prefer forged but will take cast if needs be -Want 18x9.5 -Happy with offset between +25 to +15 If i find anything that suits ill PM you, if you wouldnt mind doing the same that would be great

  13. The naca duct looks very cool
  14. Im resisting to make a pearl necklace joke here But yeah she seems pre R32 vintage lol
  15. Yeah that will be special! Will it be one of a kind? Yes, it will be That will be a well rounded car when finished
  16. Yes PLEASE keep us updated with info and pics etc. Believe me, there's a lot of people here in Oz that are very jealous of you
  17. Haha yeah my first rb30 bottom let go cause i had a shit tune. Thats not happening again! Value for money? Buy an rb20, they just dont die -10's are rated higher than GTRS's by quite a bit. Its quite a lot more enjoyable than the 2.6L bottom end, well IMO anyway - everyone has different opinions. Although no one that went in my car with the 3L bottom end didnt have a fun time. eg; On the other hand there are some manic 2.6L's out there. At the end of the day you're taking the best approach to it, try everything before spending the dollars Try them all, weigh up the dollars and enjoy what you end up with
  18. Hey Neil, What exactly does that do? Emergency brake? Park brake?
  19. Hey guys! Time goes by and plans change, with that said ive got my turbos for sale. A bit of background info on these; Ive got a spare rb26 that im building "on the side" so to speak with some pretty serious gear in it, and these were destined for it (yes, both of them). But now i'd rather stay with medium sized low mounts instead as this motor is going into a quite light vehicle (sub 1000kg's) which im very excited about. Make no mistake, these are BRAND NEW. I took them out of the boxes literally only to take photos, they're now glad wrapped and back in the boxes until they're sold. Details; 2 x 3540R's .82 rear housings Good for 650-700hp each Retail price is $1730 each Here's a link with more info including wheel sizes etc; http://www.gcg.com.au/turbo/ViewProduct.aspx?ProductID=18 Here are the questions im expecting to be asked, pre answered; Q. Will you post? A. Yes, at your cost. Tracking number will be provided. Will be in original packaging when sent Q. Can i pick up? A. Yes, no problem. Will be in original packaging when picked up Q. Will you deliver? A. If you're local to me (eg, in Sydney) then I can but a deposit is required first Q. Will you split them up? A. Yes, i will Q. How much for the pair? A. $3300 for both Q. How much for one turbo? A. $1650 for one turbo Q. Are you negotiable on price? A. Not really, sensible offers may be entertained, stupid offers will get a stupid response Q. Got pics? A.
