When the account was started, Andrew told me that he put notes on the account which made mention to the discount, although I assume that if he no longer works there that his replacement would have to be brought up to speed on the arrangement. Did you explain that you were eligible for an agreed discount rather than just giving him the account number and asking if you have a helmet cheaper?

That is dodgey... I guess thats what you get for cruising high risk areas though. Cops target these areas obviously because they are plenty of young people parading their vehicles around and generally asking for trouble. It's exploitative though to block off the exit and force everyone through a defect inspection. Good luck to the guys that were caught in it. It's a shame to have the cops pick on you like that.

Actually we're all using diesel (yes, all of us). You get about twice as much torque than unleaded. We didnt want to tell you cos we thought it would blow your mind. Actually your car will knock even more because the octane level is reduced... The oil in the fuel would probably accumulate in the valves, and screw your cat converter. The engine would definitely overheat and crap itself eventually.

Generally, the higher the octane level, the lower the chance of detonation. Detonation damages your engine internals. Your car WILL run on 91 octane, but it's not smart to do so. If you HAVE to run the car on 91, then keep it below 5000rpm and lay off the boost. The difference is only 10c per litre... Thats only like $6-7 per tank... Buy "home brand" bread and milk instead and give your car some decent juice man The quality of fuel in Japan is higher than here too. Australian premium fuel is pretty much comparable to standard fuel in Japan from what i understand. That means that our standard fuel is definitely not sufficient to run a 'performance' car built in Japan, and designed for Japanese fuel. Hope this helps..
