  1. Why Are You Capitalising Every Word?
  2. Yeah it was one of those "oooohhh SH*T!!!" kind of moments... Although interestingly I noticed I didnt say a word on the video Thanks mate - I'm glad I was actually faster with the semi slicks. I was having nightmares about getting out there on the semis and putting down a retarded time.. lol Haha dont sweat it Liz, I was more worried about your car when I heard that it was yours dropped the fluid!! I just hope everything is ok after driving it back to the pits!
  3. Me nearly wiping out Brendon after slipping on Liz's spilt coolant!! I had NO chance of of catching it! http://s108.photobucket.com/albums/n10/sau...rent=BigOff.flv
  4. Fark! Goulburn, where it never rains
  5. It turned up on my fax machine only an hour or so after I faxed the application form to them! I was planning on having to annoy them about getting the temp licence to me, but I was pleasantly surprised!
  6. Not fair. That is all.
  7. Thanks sanger. I called cams this morning and explained the situation. The guy said "Just make a note on the application that you will be requiring a temporary licence, and provide a fax number for the licence to be faxed to." Sweet! - Thanks for you help guys!
  8. Dodgey backyard mechanic styles FTW!!!
  9. Ahh sweet! *phew* Cheers Stevo!
  10. I've realised that my licence has lapsed, and I am due to attend a track day on Saturday. The licence renewal/application for states that a 30 Day temporary licence can be obtained through the CAMS endorsed club, but it's not applicable for renewals (new applicants only!)! See the bottom of the application form here: http://www.cams.com.au/downloads/paperform...Application.pdf I'm certain that my new licence wont arrive before Saturday, so what can I do? Any ideas?
  11. D'oh!! Sorry Anna.. I've already promised it to my brother as well, so I cant re-sell it to you either
  12. Less talk, more pics
  13. ^^^ I was about to say: ... And what have you learnt from this experience???
  14. Hahaha.. Yeah throttle control is definitely a prerequisite for drifting!!! ...except if you're driving an EVO i guess. You can almost simply mash the accelerator and turn the wheel with the AYC in those buggers... How boring!
  15. Yeah I've changed just about every fluid and filter I can (except g/box & diff which were done 10ks ago), new brake pads, brand new semi's, bringing a full set of tools + hydraulic jack, and a few packs of nervous chewing gum for while my bro is driving!... so it should be all good Plus on top of all that I've got a support Landcruiser to tow me home if need be *Fingers crossed* Damn straight - I've been DYING to get out there. It'll be good to catch up!
  16. Haha... thats hella funny! You see the same thing happen a lot on supercar forums with pics of peoples Lambo Murcielago's I'd be proud that your car is attractive enough for someone to claim it as theirs Wil
  17. Bargain indeed! I already paid $160, but I grabbed the extra spot so my brother could have a drive of my car Thanks again for the spot Deryk!
  18. This is a blatant rip-off of the VIC Super-spotted thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=178833 Post up pics here of supercars and 'cars that you dont see every day' that you've spotted! I'll get started with a CL63 AMG Merc I spotted a couple of weeks ago:
  19. Great! Hope to see you out there Ian! ps. great avatar!
  20. Exactly what I was going to say too... To all these people posting "350km per tank" etc -- this is a completely inaccurate measurement because no-one runs their tank to empty so therefore every persons measurement (ie. "per tank") is a different size!! As above, work out your L/per 100km usage as this is the only accurate measurement of fuel usage! Oh yeah... I get about 380-400km per tank My last fill was 47.69L divided by 380km = 12.5L/100km - Normal suburban driving
  21. Wooah beautiful! Very very nice Wil! It was well worth the wait from the look of it. Agreed that some rear pods or a deeper rear bar would top it off by evening out the depth with the front.
  22. I found a ticket for a Japanese parking garage in the visor of mine. I'd prefer 1000 yen!
  23. Happy Birthday Lizbert!!
  24. Sorry to hear that Stevo.. Good luck with the rigmarole you'll inevitably have to go through now because of this drunktard!!
