By the way, fuel economy with NA and turbo Skylines is a grey area. I spoke to a girl who was driving an NA R33 Coupe and she kept getting around 400 KMs per tank... I have a turbo and still get easy over 430 a tank. Remember that the turbo is not spooling until you reach 3.500 RPM.
There is a difference between speeding 2-3 hours out of the city where there is not a single soul on the road and drag racing in a city where there is a 80 KM/h limit.
Its like taking a piss, you can do it in the bush, but you would not do it in the middle of a busy street.
No offense but guys like you should stick to bicycles.
If this was your first offense, then I would understand but 4th time? Get our head out of your ass buddy
And yeah you will need a good lawyer and some good money to pay for it all.
You play, you pay!
I would not do it... i bought a HID kit of here ages ago, then sold it.
As others said, they blind others, also if you smash at night, your insurance maybe be void.
32 K is peanuts! Thats before tax too. And that was training wages too... I mean some people get that shitty pay even in proper jobs...
A good salary starts from 45 K onwards. To me 1 grand a week clear is awesome.
I am really happy with the interior of my R33 but the only thing that can be improved is the lighting inside the speedometer etc. Is there any quick way to achieve this? Maybe place bright LEDs behind it?
5 litre V8s from Holden and Ford chew through about 18-22 litres... i knew a guy with a VS ex police car and he went through 18 litres easy.
LS1 is more economical but still around 17-18 litres, thats in the city.
If you open it up itll go through 20+ litres per 100 km.
Xr6Turbo guys record around 18-25 litres per 100 KM... so Skylines drink hardly any unles really modded.
A while ago I used this vinyl cleaner on my car, dash and other plastic bits and it all looked cool. Then I sprayed some on the automatic transmission cover where all the gear labels are, and that plastic thin cover is now bubbled in some areas... Any way to fix this with another product?
