If you dont rev over 2500 revs the car just barely creeps forward. Hence why in the auto revving around 2000 rpm is the best. When you let go off the brakes, you will hit boost much quicker (3500 revs) hence a better take off. At the end of the day if you have good tyres, there wont be a big burnout... however this all depends on like I said tyres and how much power you run. My car is stock btw.

Over drive OFF, power button ON. Step on the break, rev up to about 2000-2,500 REVs. Let go off the break and step on it.

Ok i might go for JJR system... I want the most power from a turbo back exhaust... btw is there anyway to quieten it down down the line? (newbie)

Whats the difference between the X Force turbo back (stainless steel) and the JJR one? There is like 50 dollars in price difference.

On Just Jap site there are two exhausts: JJR Hyperflow Turbo Back Exhaust - Skyline ECR33 Price: $899 Stainless 3 into 3.5 inch - Cat & Dump/Front Pipe Included and X-Force Stainless Exhaust System - Skyline R33 GTS-T Price: $950 3 inch turbo back system - 304 grade stainless Im not sure what one to go for. My mate told me to get JJR cos its custom? What are your thoughts... also the JJR is $50 cheaper.

You can buy genuine oil filter from Nissan, they are 20 bucks or something.

When I turn the engine on in my car and afterwards turn the fog lamps and/or headlights on, the engine starts ti slightly rev harder... nothing major but you can notice it... is this normal? I dont think this was the case in the VS commodore.
