That sucks ! Would have loved to see 3 HR31's screaming around. Terry & Rod's 31's are good to go, so we'll see anyone who's going there

DAMN !! Been sitting at home all night getting the PC working when I could have been out eating Vietnamese food

My system is coming in by sea ( thus the 6 week wait ) If enough people are interested, approach Steve from Just Jap and see if he would do a bulk buy discount. Never hurts to ask..... $1,200 is around the going rate for a 1 of delivered afaik. As I said, Nengun have now listed this system on their site per my request so you guys have another option of place to buy from if you don't want to try for a group buy. You do have to shop around though !! Post up some pics etc when you get your custom system fitted pls. It's always good to see what other's have done / got. Here's the link to the one I'm getting. Fujitsubo Legalis R to suit R34 GT - 4 Door - Non-turbo Nice and stealthy

Getting the Fujitsubo Legalis R stainless cat-back one with the 70mm main pipe and twin 90mm tips so it looks nice and standard For sure, I'll let you know when I've got it and fitted it so you can have a listen ! I don't expect it's going to be anything noticeable since Fujitsubo are without a doubt, the quietest systems available. Here's the dB stats on the Fuji system: At idle: Stock 63 dB - Fuji 57 dB 3000rpm: Stock 75 dB - Fuji 79 dB 5000rpm: Stock 82 dB - Fuji 84 dB Approach exhaust noise at 4500rpm: Stock 80dB - Fuji 84 dB The Kakimoto ones are the ones to get if you want a growling exhaust note & a cannon tip. Kaki's sound MEGA tough on N/A's but I just want some top end flow, but I don't want attention DVS R34, expect to pay around $1,000 + for any of these top shelf N/A systems. Worth every cent IMO !! Now I just have to wait for 6 weeks

If anyone's interested, here's the one I'm getting........ http://64.233.179.104/translate_c?u=http%3...ies&ie=UTF8 Our friends at Nengun have been kind enough to recently put this item on their list of exhaust systems available for purchase but I have already got the ball rolling with our other good friends at JustJap who are getting it for me And just for the sake of sharing info, for those looking for a Cat-Back system, here's the range from Kakimoto. http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url_l...ml&lp=ja_en Enjoy !

Toyo Tires In Sydney - Who's Good?
TokyoTaxi replied to tjandriesen's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Best prices on Toyo tyres I've been able to get have always been through Blair's Tyres Peakhurst or Narellan but I suggest you get on the phone and start calling around -
ALL NOZZLES ARE SOLD
-
I had an awesome quote back from ryno but I'm just not 100% convinced yet. You know about the old saying...... "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is !!" I've been screwed over by quite a few companies lately and am very hesitant to jump into anything now days. The problem is, if a company does take your money and then defaults on their agreement, most people don't have the $'s to fight the company in court. I'm not saying that Ryno fits in this category but I'd like to see if they're around in another year's time and if they have lots of happy clients.

So what you're saying is JDM Imports should provide a spontaneous BBQ for anyone who wants to attend ? ( like it or not ) Sounds like fun !! For anyone who's thinking about something like what's mentioned above, it's probably worth knowing that their house seems to have a few security camera's in place. Steve ( Charles' partner ) was even kind enough to mentioned that there was a camera in the mailbox to catch the rego of any car's that enter / leave the street. So many things I wish I had of known before handing over my money..........

I love all the pumps & coolers underneath too. Oh, and whats not to love about race spec suspension
-
Keep in mind that with the OEM washer nozzles, there's less water flowing out of them and therefore more pressure so the balance between the nozzles would be fine. The MTEC ones flow more water and therefore cause a slight drop in pressure, so if your washer pump motor is not up to the task, you won't get the results ( balance & coverage ) you're supposed to get. With enough pressure & flow, the mtec ones work really well ( in most cases ). With them fitted on my car I get a great spray pattern & flow. I'll try to get a pic this weekend to show how they should look. I don't think you can tighten anything like a garden hose but let me know if you do try anything that works As for the $20.... Keep in mind that included registered postage and packaging so the actual price you paid for the nozzles was $12.20 and the cost to me was $12.00 per pair so my profit per pair was 20 cents which went towards my time / fuel. Not saying anything special here. Just breaking it down so you know Again, if you're like me and never use your rear washers, there's always the option of bridging front and back electrically and out wise to give you a huge output
-
The paint came off ?? That's a new one. Sorry for about that Yeah, the first time I fitted them ( to my 32 ) it took me ages to get them adjusted the way I wanted but this time I knew exactly how they needed to be so it took about 2 mins.
-
Sounds like your washer pump motor is not quite up to scratch. I suppose you could either replace the washer pump motor with a new one or combine the rear washer pump motor with the front one ( if you don't use the rear washer ) or even just check the hose from the bottle to the sprayers and see if it's kinked anywhere ? Just a few thoughts......... Hope it helps

SOLD :sorcerer:

I highly recommend you remove http://www.jdmimports.com.au/ from this list at least until they prove that they can deliver "anything" that you give them money for !! Since Nov 06, not one person has received any goods ( or any form of feedback ) from them and as far as I know ( for a fact ) JDM Imports have just under $4,500 of forum member's money which they won't refund

Apexi Japan Has Filed For Bankruptcy...
TokyoTaxi replied to WilYawn's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Bomex has been taken over by a Chinese company ?? That just sucks. Oh and this news about APEXi / APEXERA sucks too !! I can't stand the way the rest of the world is selling ( or being forced to sell ) it's ar$e to China & India !! -
Hi, I don't think there's much you could do to tighten that 1 nozzle up but it shouldn't make any difference to the performance. Only thing I could suggest is to position it where you want it and then make sure it's dry and put a tiny bit of super glue where the ball / nozzle touches the socket ? Otherwise, just let it go and see what happens
