get a torch out and lightly heat it so you can bend it.do it one more time to finish the step. worth a shot

if its noise just make up you own silencer, 2.5" diameter sheet metal(or watever your zorst tip is) , drill a 1inch hole in the center, have a mate or welder put 3-4 tac welds to hold it on the end of your zorst tip. then drill/cut them tac welds out after u pass it

i remember the d1nz.com guys saying if you put too many spacers in the rack for the one near the brake master (not the ones near the engine cross member like your spacers) that it will lock up steering (on full lock)..... something to do with leverage? if it really is that, i guess theres some way to iron it out and keep the spacers but with the need of some mods in general? or tyres/wheels hitting chassis on full lock thus slightly bent steering rack rods thats all i got
