  1. you sure u replaced the ecu sensor, it has 2 wires goin to it.
  2. just harden up mate, thats a general safety issue. if he passes your rwc and your wheel comes off during a corner and u knock into some house, he is to blame. i cud understand if you were in Victoria and was only a a 'slight' issue with the chassis or the like, as down here they have tightened down the regulations. all you do is go to nissan get a new stud, go to a workshop, get it pushed out and the new one pushed in.
  3. pads on the turbo cefiro are said to be from the sr20det s13/180sx
  4. ^ lmao i'm in the same boat Ryan i thought u were selling up anyway? if not just take my stuff as stated before
  5. was thinking the same thing, theres no where else to realy look in the sports car section of nissan, if they look like this there s13 or cefiro brakes, same rotors and pads as the SR20DET s13 i guess?
  6. so u havent undone the hub bolt ? or have you installed the new hub and are just getting the knuckle off your old ones? if you mean the knuckle that your shocks and arms bolt on i just put it on a bench vise and undid them with the breaker + cheater or are u just taking the hub and axle out so a shop can undo them?
  7. i'd say r32 gtst or z32 turbo get pics of your calipers nd post em up
  8. unless the gtr is different to the gtst u shudnt have to remove the brake booster and there is a clip and a pin at the very end of the pedal which much be removed, or it mite be a bolt if the pin was lost last time it was touched.
  9. ^hell no! lol pm sent i mite have what ur after
  10. well i guess it comes down 2 luck, i've done 3 pairs with a cheater bar on the breaker bar or maybe i just have the excaliber of breaker bars
  11. 1. no 2. some effort but very diy-able as wit most things need 2 remove 36 size hub bolt then remove handbrake springs at the hub,den bench vise the hub and undo the 5-6 bolts 3. depends how bad the damage is, i guess you can limp a 2 b to get parts but no high speeds/fwys/hwys, best not 2 drive it if its that bad guessing these are the rear knuckles, as theres sum1 on ns.com is selling a pair
  12. well if u block, by putting a chunk of wood or something there, the release lever so it'll always release the hand brake when ur foot's off it shud work. so i'm guesing this is gonna happen in the car park? how much track time each? is this the same as a cams event so needed is a day's cam's license and gear would be required such as adr helmet long sleeve's and closed footwear ?
  13. remote or receiver mite be dead battery wit not enuff power, get a multi meter on it
  14. so u afta a shell, not a wreck wreck = not being straight lol
  15. will need 2 remove bottom rubber mounts if fittin in s13
  16. www.aus300zx.com how bad is it running?
  17. the reason we have such great import laws is because Japanese imports were damaging the aussie car market sales so Johny introduced more tighter laws which also added to the price of importing. the main area's that need work on a rwd ceffy is that trans tunnel, the front struts and front chassis, as you need to panel beat the the trans tunnel, as well as needing modified box cross member , modify the front chassis rails for the front half shafts( and maybe for the gts4 eng cross member too?), and modify the front struts to bolt on the front suspension assembly. the rear can be left alone if rear diff ratio's aint a worry, unsure if a custom/ modified tail shaft is needed or if it will bolt up to a ceffy diff.
  18. i'm pretty sure it just me....... but ur lookin in the wrong place http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/board/# ps keto's r the nu 86 so try and buy it off a granny/grandpa
  19. the difference between damaged and written off is the damaged car is still rwc so has panel damage and dents. but then again damaged cud mean written off, stat written off if their just using the word in general
  20. hi, after a cefiro shell/ or 1 having a dead engine etc, pref complied but i guess i can work some magic with non complied/ track only. chassis must be straight or at least rwc-able, panel damage and completeness aint an issue. location isnt much of an issue. if you have a cefiro track ONLY car and still want a cefiro pm me. note you must be located in Vic for this i'm located in Vic thanks
