  3. That one is brighter than the MP-I. It's pretty good. I like the MP-I on the R33 GT-Rs better > Chameleon effect (which is more subtle than MP-III)
  4. ^^^ beat me to it. i was thinkin of using a plastic or rubber door wedge (from $2 shop or home) to stick between top of the boot and the fender > releases pressure on the latch from one side

  7. this thread needs to be in General Auto.. the A to your Q is a YES it shouldn't affect your premium one bit, unless they're much more valuable - & even then the premium only goes up a little
  8. +1 its just that jap plates lift up better than our thin ones
  9. This post is so warped it beggars belief. Those # + # + #+# are so damn TRIVIAL compared to the effort to clamp down on drugs and alcohol related crime. Drug & Alcohol counsellors already know that confidential info can't be entrusted to certain units around Sydney. CLEAN IT UP monsieur scipione!
  10. ...when you reverse park against a glass window and you see two pairs of bloodshot eyes in your rearview mirror
  11. grotesquely hilarious
  12. Forgetting about how the chassis underperforms; forgetting about its looks yay or nay; the market value beyond the cost of lopping the top off would be worth it imho

  18. "You can come out now children! That boogie-man-pretend-policeman has gone to sleep. We've escaped now to Tokyo and the Concierge downstairs here at the New Otani Hotel has loaned us his new personal DVD called MOTIVE #3. He recommends Chapter 8 to stop you from getting Homesick"
  19. Evidently, there's been a strong conflict between commonsense and bureaucracy. If I had to choose between the two, I'd choose commonsense every time. Besides, when you go over the posts, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see who's constructive and who's not. There's a symbiotic relationship going on here NOT nepotism. Get real and cool it! Great DVD btw!
  20. "...reliable if kept stock?" Yep, not a hint of trouble. Just try to not over-rev it at max throttle. Can get arond the 'Ring quicker than the RX-7 too.
  21. Marcello Gandini designed the Countach in the early 70s in fact... and the 1st of them rolled out in '74 = yeh great design. He also designed... Fiat X1/9 Alfa Romeo Montreal Lamborghini Miura De Tomaso Pantera 200 BMW 5 Series of... Maserati Shamal Lamborghini Diablo Bugatti EB110 Lancia Stratos De Tomaso Bigua/Qvale Mangusta Alfa Romeo Alfetta ...but not the one below.. My car of the late 80s has to still go to the 300ZX. Every angle is so exquisite.

  24. And the Best Car Design of the 50s has to go to Alfa Romeo BAT #5 or #7 or #9 Made by Alfa Romeo Berline Aerodynamics Technica = the original Batmobiles. Only 3 ever rolled out from 'Concept'. Value now? A cool US$8-10 million!
  25. If you're close to your rellies and they have a home loan, ask if they can refinance by adding your GT-R to it. Keep a log of how much you've paid on your car at the home loan rate of 6.5 to 7% Of course make sure the GT-R is comprehensively insured along the way.
