After talking with the waitresses last night, he seems like a right royal pr!ck. One of the girls has worked there for over a year and said to me that she has seen about 20 different waitresses leave during her time there. Last night was her last night working there also...even she had had enough. Was annoyed about the fact that the money had to be paid upfront though. Have confirmed our booking however there is important information to be advised. Ribbetts manager/owner created a policy last night whereby if group bookings are made and not everyone turns up, the people that DO turn up have to pay for those people who are no-shows. This means as I have booked for 23 definites, if 23 do not turn up, then the rest of us will be forced to pay a bill for food that doesn't get eaten...please think carefully before deciding to be a no show. I do not want to pay for people who can't be bothered turning up when they have RSVP'd - please be considerate. Also drinks are available in 1.25L bottles for $4.00. Outside drinks can be brought in (including alcohol), however corkage is $1.30 per person (whoever is drinking from the bottle brought in from outside). RSVP's updated I was gonna suggest tonight for everyone to chip in a few extra bucks and we'll just get jugs of softdrink there and we all share...what do others think about that?

Have just called to make a tentative booking for 25-30 tomorrow night @ 7pm (under the name of "SAU"). We will be inside spread over a few tables, as one large table to fit all of us is not possible. There is also only ONE bill per table (or group in our case) and we will be having the all-you-can-eat option which is $19.90 each (drinks are extra). Hope everyone is happy with this. I think the mount points for the 33 are different to the 32, but if you swap rails they should be fine?? not 100% sure though. Yes, 33 GTR seats bolt straight into a 33 gtst (10 min job).

Hey Amy, Sorry to hear of the trouble you're having. As the yard is not answering your telephone calls, have you tried calling with your number set to private? (most mobiles have the option of not sending the mobile number). If you have and still no joy I would be contacting your local police station and if you can get them to even take your report, I would report it stolen.
