  2. Regret not going -7? They will be very very little difference between the 2 mate The problem is somewhere else and not the turbos
  3. i was running 14psi with my stock r32 gtr turbos for over 1 year, no issues what soever, only used for street duties so they didnt see alot of heat like they would if it was tracked...later upgraded and they had zero shaft play and were in perfect condition though ive herd people on here blow em with not much effort
  4. i would go from the 3" turbo outlet up in size after an inch or so to 3.5" all the way through, if noise is an issue i would also add 3.5" mufflers with no step downs in size.

  9. that is a huge number for -5's even on e85.... keen to know spec list too
  10. put 5 litres in, start it for afew mins, then let it sit for 10mins for so and recheck level, should be on the H mark once the oil has filled the oil filter
  11. i would put 5 litres into it, not 4.3

  16. my old gtr used to "bind up" when reversing or when doing lock to lock turns.....turned out the previous owner had the wrong rear diff oil in it changed to motul FF lsd oil....fixed it up perfectly
  17. ive done this before when i took my stock turbos off my r32 gtr and replaced them with -7's on my old GTR, with the right tools wasnt tooo bad started lunchtime on sat and finished by sunday avo, i had all new gaskets, and everything ready to go so i didnt waste time hardest was getting the banjo bolts off and back on for the oil and water lines to the turbos, i used crow feet spanners with an extension.....
  18. I agree terry a bigger gap between cars would work out better so you can capture each car for longer
  19. That would be me mate previous owner had n1's I ditched em for trust t517z's lol Let me check if I got a spare set of bolts (which I'm pretty sure I do have) and il get back to you buddy

  22. what a top day ! was realy good to speak to a bunch of enthusiasts that were so behaved on the road every car looked soo dam good, pizzas were realy good but would of been great to have a booking next time round'....it was freeezing outside !! + 1 for night drive up there, i was stuck behind a camry and vespa doin 30km/h down the pass...not fun at all ive got afew pics that il put up later tonight
  23. Just use a short ignition lead between plug 1 and coilpack 1 and take signal from that That'll give u a much more accurate reading
