I think the restrictor goes between the inlet pipe and T piece -

shift kit - gear changes are crisper/ quicker and the auto can still change gears by itself manual valve body - everytime you need to change gears, you need to move the stick (it will not change by itself) -

SK, what is the ride height (front/rear) when the circlips are in the standard height grooves?

my bad, just had another look and thats for teh non turbo so yeah 15-16L is probably a more realistic number
