  1. Where was everyone? Donnan and Viper were there. That would be right, the first chance i get to go to the museum and hardly anyone is there. ahh well, at least I got to meet them and Frink rocked up for a bit too.

  3. As stated in title, im in need of a good condition timing belt tensioner pulley for S1 RB25DET. To buy one new, I have to pay approx $250 for a whole kit that i dont need as i already have a seal kit and timing belt.

  6. I discharged in December. Damn man that sucks, my missus just went into the navy as a chopper technician, its probly the hardest course in the forces, so you would have really, really wanted to do it. In the army, it depends on what you do, but for the first year or 2, expect to be treated like crap, then after that, expect a bit more of it, but if you enjoy the job you sign up for, then it makes it worth while, so choose wisely The Navy an Airforce get treated a lot better, but the jobs arent as hardcore, so it depends on whether you love the whole green hardcore thing, or just want a secure job with a good career option. I could go on for ages, but the army has got a lot of things over the other 2 aswell. Pm if you wanna know more

  8. That car is there every day. I looked under it one time to reference the R33 drive shafts (was doing a CV conversion for the datto), dont think he saw me .
  9. Thats steep, it cost me $500 in Darwin for front and back on my (stock) dark metallic blue N15 Pulsar SSS. If it can be done for that cheap in Darwin, then no one has any excuse down here since darwin is 5-10% dearer than anywhere else in oz.

  12. Just don't do it, there are plenty of places to go for a drive to that are well out of the way (and i know sydney and melbourne well enough to know there plenty of places). Its easier in Canberra yes, but its one of those inevitable things that your going to get caught eventually. I stick to the track personally and when on the road i dont get bothered by the police because i drive like everyone else. (not a personal dig at anyone, just saying its not a hard thing to do)

  17. Hey all. Im rebuilding my RB25DET S1 engine and am having a lot of difficulty finding the rig gap length and the oil clearences. However if you give me an answer, please be 100% sure it is correct. Yes I have done a search and yes i have looked through the R33 manual, but I cant find it anywhere. Help is appreciated Cheers Scott

  22. Go to Craig Hall in Phillip, a mate of mine works there, they do really good work.
