  2. around $80 each from pirtek or enzed from memory
  3. you can increase track by 25mm (from memory) and diameter by +/-14mm Going through engineering on another car at the moment. track is measured from the centre of the wheel, so widths and offsets can make a big difference here as to what can and cant pass. The usual, rubbing, sticking outside guard etc. also applies to this
  4. chances are that i will come down and have a run. i will bring the cash with me

  6. yeah. i think that more than anything he has been unlucky to be seen by the people who posted on that site. seriously, he normally just putts around slowly like everyone else.
  7. from the Nissan Silvia thread, possibly a police commonwhore lol
  8. i'm thinkin about it. let me know when you start taking payments.
  9. i would also recommend some sort of aftermarket engine management before changing the turbo otherwise you are pretty much limited to exhaust, pod or good quality panel filter, intercooler and a tad more boost. depends on what side of town you are on as to where to take the car. ive dealt with trojan in mitchell, autotech in fyshwick and gas tune in tuggeranong and they all seem to do good work
  10. bolt on spacers aren't illegal cause they are effectively an outwards extension of the hub. slip on spacers however, are illegal as they place a lot more strain on the wheel studs. the biggest problem with bolt on spacers is getting the original stud to not sit out further than the spacer, requiring that the existing studs be shortened or changed for newer, shorter ones if they do stick out. Edit: The above applies to ACT and i can only assume, other states also.
  11. spewin for all the states that go by inches for the increase in wheel size. In ACT (and i thought that all states were the same) the increase in wheel size is calculated by rolling diameter, +/- 14mm from standard. so basically the bigger the wheels you get, the smaller profile on the tyres you buy. 18's can be legal on a gemini even though they cam factory with 13's
  12. i am still in. just gotta wait till pay day next thurs and i will transfer the money
  13. its number plate is phatass if that helps
