you do need to remove the turbo to change it. its easy to remove

to make things slightly quicker and dodgier (for others info) instead of snipping the fan blades you can just turn the car on and the edges of the blades will be automatically trimmed to suit within seconds (for ultimate bush mechanic effect!)

its definetly misfiring and definetly not a boost controller issue, no worries

new tyres should be quiet, generally as tyres get older they will be noisier (wear, tread goes hard etc) what tyres are they? did u get them brand new or second hand? were they balanced when u put them on? i have found that i had a bit of noise at freeway speeds with my old tyres and so i got them rebalanced and it went away. i just got new tyres today and my car feels like a limo compared to before

for the brakes: on the rear of the calipers there is a rubber cover underneath which there is a nipple. you can fit a snapper over the nipple to turn it, so fit a tube that the old brake fluid will drain into onto the nipple, loosen the nipple then get someone to pump the brake pedal and you will see the old fluid come out. order of bleeding is rear pass side, rear drivers side, front pass side, front drivers side. (furthest to closest to the master cyl.) make sure u dont drain the master cylinder completely, keep topping it up as you go. same for the clutch you just need to find the nipple, and you will need a special spanner (fuel line spanner i think?) to fit around it and undo it.
