Hi all, my car is for sale because I need every cent I can to pay off my house... and a huge set of shelves just fell on the left had rear door, (thankyou to my thoughtful wife for standing them next to my car in a carport with no walls) The car is silver with black bump strips. So if someone happens to have one of these doors, the car is immaculate otherwise so would prefer door in similar condition, but I really cannot afford to pay heaps when the car is only worth about $9000 anyway. Just got word from my mother who is co-driving for Steve from Just Jap that Tony Alford in the Donut King R35 is sitting 9th after the "Prologue" stage, which effectively just decides the starting position for the rest of the event. R35 time was 3:22, Steve in his trusty R32 did 3:34. I will try to keep this updated as I get info, or just check the website

Just finished reading the comparo, it changes nothing from my point of view, I am still buying an R32 when my Stagecoach sells, and if I win the lottery I will add an R35, after paying off my house, buying a rally car, and buying a business that will support those toys.

Can I just say how disgraced I am at the way you are all treating this kid, he obviously has a mental disability, yet you all burn him like this, if I was him I would be going off like a spastic on fire too... Cordia 1.8l turbo 0-100 8.5sec, 1/4 mile 16 seconds (This is without running 17 psi). So it is about the same as a bog stock Stagea Auto, with three people in it... I would like to see the look on his face if a boosted manual Stagea pulled up next to him on his imaginary drag track.

did work at Toyota.... Thought it might have also been a bit of shock.. Yeah, gearstick... mmm. Still unsure if I am buying the Stagea back (sold it to my mother when I bought my house, she bought a V6 Rav and I was going to buy the Stagea, lost my job at Toyota) So long story Short I have too many cars in too many peices to even think about asking permission to play gearbox games with Stagea.. Spotted/spotted by: Episode 1: Satuday morning, Silver S1 In Bathurst complete with kit and lowered. Pulled up next to it at intersection of Church St and George St, was in my Silver S1, stopped, waved, got a look back which said "hey just 'Cause you drive some Freaky lookin' Volvo don't think you can wave at me" (Last time I saw a Silver S1 was not this car but got the same reaction) Episode 2: Saturday Morning (1/2hr later), Silver S2 driving into Bathurst, I was pulling out of a car park, I waved, Got a look which said "hey just 'Cause you drive some freaky lookin' Volvo don't think you can wave at me" I am beginning to seriously wonder whether my car is a Stagea, or in fact a Volvo! Or maybe a Liberty Wagon. I parked it next to the S1 in the first Episode a few days before, 1 inch lower, silver bump strips, eye lids, spoiler, skirts but other than that it looks the same to me... Lets also not forget that despite the fact that the Taxis are pretty much sports sedans now the race record for the Bathurst 1000 is still held by the GroupA (Damn near factory compared to V8 Camiras, I mean Supercars) GTR... and before anyone thinks they did a dodgy here too, (because of course Holden and Ford would never pay Cams to fix a series) the race where they set the record WAS NOT the rain shortended one and did include the Chase. And now, 16 years on the Taxis are still not as quick as a production GTR.. (yes I am sure that a lap of Bathurst by a stock GTR would be slower than a Taxi, but lets see it in racing trim)

Okay, I am sure this has been covered, but I searched it and came up with nothing. Have had two coils let go so far and am thinking that second hand they are to untrustworthy and genuine they are too pricey when I know that they will let go again. The car has been sold (to my mother, I am gelous) but I am still looking after it for her (read also driving for now) what coils are good and what are they generally worth? The car is not likely to get any more boost or mods.

In the latest Overlander there is a story on the upcoming possible GT-C Murano, featuring a single Garret turbo and producing 253 or 273Kw (don't have article in front of me)...

was bloody hard getting the handbrake to work but once it got swinging it was f--ken awesome, just throw one way then the next on HUGE power slides, turn in, plant it (tail steps out due to rear wheels driving) cross it up and just balance it on the throttle!!!!!! also had to lock it in first, you can hear a few people laughing in the background... that was my sixth run.

Have not tried linking to you tube before so I hope this works... Sold my Stagea recently (to my mother ) then week later (still have car) I went to a khanacross, my rally car (Toyota) spun a big end, so someone suggested the Stag would be pretty cool, it has 18x8 Lensos, but it is pretty smooth and there are no rocks, so here is the result... Try this sometime... (would have been 6th outright but for a penalty when I lost brake boost and could not pull up)

I thought the Electric driven front wheels were ruled out about a year ago...
