  1. There's no reason why there can't be a day for both. 2 groups 1 sliding, 1 grip.
  2. Has anyone actually used Racechrono (For Symbian S60 mobiles) at Mallala yet. I ment to put it in someones car at the SAU:SA track day so i could test it against the proper timers, but i forgat and i only just learnt how to use it anyway. http://www.racechrono.com/
  3. I have a similar story to Chad about Jeff. My CA18 has been making 217rwkw with standard internals for 2.5 years and considering it made 83rwkw when i bought it you can see that it's making over 250% more power than factory. And it only ever get flogged when it get driven. He had an issue with a member off he but non of you got the other side of the story. I spoke to him for 30 minutes about the issue and he has a side to that story. Jeff will not tune cars to the edge unless you ask, so if you take your cars else where then they will make more power but with standard internals (in 99% of cases) you will have to ask at what cost. And for all you guys +1'ing Boostworx i have some very interesting stories about them which i have first hand proof of, but you won't hear it on this forum.
  4. Very similar to what RIPS have done with their billet caps.
  5. It seems ATP offer T3 housings for the GT25/8 range, external gate though. http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?S...tegory_Code=GRT
  6. no worries
  7. Don't forget guys that if you if you are going to run metal head gaskets you will need to prep both the head and block mating surfaces to the correct finish. If you don't then there is a fair chance that they will leak. Now you have to ask yourself how you are going to prep the block with the pistons in place. Also don't forget that if you are going to change to ARP studs then you will need to torque plate hone the bores as you will be using greater torque settings and the bore will be more deformed. This is the same story for main studs in that you will need to line bore the mains. So i guess the moral of the story is that if you are going to do a rebuild it a perfect opportunity to change to MLS head gasket and ARP studs, but other than with a rebuild it's not the ideal time to change.
  8. It should take a bit over an hour.
  9. If you want to bring it up to my place on Wednesday night i'll do it for you, and i have the right tools LOL. If you don't have the right shape drifts you will find it very had to get the bearing keepers back in.
  10. HKS 264x9.0mm CA18 Cams for sale http://nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=440852
  11. These are graphs of Sam's (Dr Drifts) RB25 R32 4 door. The turbo is a Generic (Not Greddy) TD06 SL2 20G I think it's an 8cm housing.
  12. If it's not a wide band O2 sensor and gauge then it isn't worth installing, unless you want some bling. The factory narrow band sensor is only accurate around 14.7:1 and it's only function is to tell the ECU where the stoichiometric point is.
  13. Can you explain that to me???? The ethanol is created from molasses which is a by-product from the refining of white sugar. And as for turning Sugar/Molasses to ethanol it takes no energy. Sugar + Yeast = Ethanol + CO2
  14. What do you think; Too extreme for a daily driven magna?
  15. F*#K YES. Presale on the 11th may.
  16. Something doesn't make sense. D(Double Overhead Cam) E(Electronic Fuel Injection) S(Carburettor)
  17. in an ideal system they can flow 400kw of air together but whether the head will let them flow 400kw of air at 1 BAR is another story.
  18. From the Garrett Website; http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarre...r/faqs.html#t16
  19. what your going to drive infront of him in an attempt to slow him down? Remember more than one movement on a straight and you get black flagged, just ask lewis hamilton.
  20. the r33 one will bolt up but the ports won't match up as the NEO DE heads have different sized ports which are tiny compared to the DET ports.
  21. Have you got the launch control box? Because the shift light is only an interface, you actually need the launch control box to get the launch control working. There is a video on the GIZZMO page for the launch controller. http://gizzmousa.com/launch-controller.html
  22. Krishy, 33 GTR rims are worth around the $1300 mark, and barty (blue32) has 2 sets for sale.
  23. are you talking about something along the lines of this?
  24. It's quite deep for Det' though. Having said that I was thinking that it was Det'. You mentioned that some rods were longer than others? I noticed on you #2 piston that there was some similar marks, were the #2 and #5 rods longer than the others? If this is the case then #2 and #5 cylinders would be running higher static compression than the rest so they will Det' before the others.
