Yeh, but trolling is fun and at least a few posts here made me giggle when today on site I was so pissed off for a number of reasons, this issue back home is jsut compounding the crap i have on my plate.
When i get my money back i am thinking about re-investing it into fat-o-grams and lots of porn bought off the internet delivered to the agents office

i also think its disgusting that they get anything at all......take this into consideration....my former apprentice after many warnings for turning up late if at all,after over 20 paid sick days in 6 mnths so i give him the arse....then the people from the apprenticeship place rang me up to sign the form "so he can continue his schooling to get his papers without a job" so i say "how can he do this?" they say "well due to the hard economic times they can do this as there is not enough work around for them" i say "no economic crisis in my shop....im here til 12 everynight......so if he continues and get his papers....do i get my $2000 bonus when he gets his papers?????" they say "no he must be and employed at your place" i say "ok then....well dont bother contacting me as i refuse to participate in promoting bludging and i will never give anyone else an apprenticeship......and sign your own f**kin papers " and hung up

oh ok i just read the part where you waxed and put on mold release....it would have been hard to keep the material in the mold without vac bagging it....ive had success with sharp area's without bagging by shoving an internal mold in tight areas ...you still get some shallow bubbles but ive filled them up with resin...i dont want to put the moz on you but it just seems like a lot of work then one clip of the kerb and whammo she's shagged!

not trying to rubbish your job dude but why didnt you use sandwich foam to make the shape?Or better still(what i thought when i saw you using wood) Make a plug out of wood and bog,then mould it?That thing you got would be awfully heavy....maybe even start cracking under its own weight?I hope you take this as constructive criticism!Anyway massive amount of work you have done!Ive just bought an autoclave so keep an eye on this section as i will most likely post up some of our products

i decided that i def wasnt going this morning anyway after my freind died last night heres the link RIP dennis old son
he just came into work last week to get some parts for his bike and im really upset that kawasaki had stock for once if they didnt well this may have ended in a different fashion.....riding road bikes never really did anything for me in terms of excitement......i think i will stick to my dirtbikes and just collecting my road bikes and storing them to look at

So whats that 600kg with driver and fuel, is the engine standard, a nice bp with a webber and that thing would be better than a gixxer kart, you would be able to get traction in that.
yeah pretty much 40lts of fuel and im 98 kg....the engine is standard with a few carb mods but nothing special....i do have some factory mazda 12APP housings,trumpet injection and late engine management which should be good for around 250HP...i also have som factory race 13BPP housings that did make over 300hp but in its current form i did manage 58 second laps at calder but im not that great a driver as im still getting used to the car.....you can brake so late in this thing its amazing.....Its just stuck to the road....and the corner speed is something quite spectacular...this seems to be what it likes----->brake really late on the straight ,smash it down 2 gears just after you have washed off some speed,then belt the go pedal straight to the floor and turn the steering wheel ever so slightly to get around the corner!its on rails!

i just waved a hair dryer across the broken part and yep 1/3rd of it went a lighter colour than the rest...this shows me that it had a crack through 2/3rds of it and the last 1/3rd was just holding it together until it popped off!

its a strange one....id say it had cracked and possibly the temp drop caused it to tension up one last time....thats the only explaination .....and i dont work on cars here just motorbikes...which would be a little more concerning to customers

here i was belting the crap out of one of my racing cars (its a 450kg oscar racing car powered by a 12a rotary) on the 30th at calder on a test and tune day....then a week later (i just push the car in and out every day) this happens.....it was sitting outside all day yesterday and about 4pm i was out the front about 1 metre away from the car talking to a customer when i hear a large "bang.....bing bing bing" sound so i looking over and the car had busted the axle off at the spline and shot the fkn thing half a metre away! amazing.......

i used to own this exact bike over 10 years ago,it was on ebay last week and i bought it back!.....it has a lot of HRC parts on it and was pushing big HP years ago for what it was and its an absolute weapon....i havent riden it yet but i wonder if i should break it out for the day!

what are you going to use to vacuum the bags onto the parts before entering the clave?
got a big fridge for pre-preg dry carbon panels? so many possibilities lol
i paid 3k for it!we already have vac bags and a freezer for pre preg just never had a way of cooking it properly
