  4. would splitting the rear into two exhaust outlets of similar diameter (smaller diameter) x 2 outlets so twin muffler/small cannon, reduce noise? you get the picture or similar level, dunno what your rear of the car exhaust looks like

I was going to suggest get some engine flush, then change the oil and filter to atleast good brands, ie: Motul then start it and see how it goes, then move on to the next, if your really worried you could do comp and leakdown tests to see any underlying issues after oil change. Curious what happened prior the last two weeks or has it been long term issue. As well as when was the last service done KM'S as well as what oil's were used last time. Cheers

  9. Just drop the dump check the rear of the turbo and that will rule out the turbo theory

  15. Yes it is irish not the coles one the one further on and parking underneath
  16. its discretion as well irish... But with major defects they send you to the pits to get it checked and cleared.
  17. easy way would be what disco said, take the cover off and measure the wheels, they usually give a close result to what it is cheers

I would have a guess B = pressure taken from inside the cast housing side to give a more definitive and accurate pressure, "A" is a common source on where the wastegate line is usually joined to to take the pressure from. A and B combined would give an average or common pressure difference between the two points. I dont know too much about point B as i havent seen any pressure points located in that position on the housings, Maybe some turbo gurus might be able to help on that area, but most ive seen well all ive seen are usually taken from point A, or somewhere along the IC piping
  20. you could always blast it with water but then you have to let it dry, i cant seem to see how you would be able to gain full pressure with an air comp anyway as the little fins n shyt in there just a theory

Do you have adjustable coilovers? or what sort of suspension? oh btw considered that even if you de-reg then re-reg the car that the offence will still be on your licence and record anyway? it usually stays on there for awhile so your not really fixing anything? just go get it raised to legal height and btw the pits itself in most cases just look at the defects present on the slip and usually dont take much notice of any other defects, if the defects listed on the yellow fine paper are cleared and fixed you will be pretty much alright. Thats what happened to me, fixed the problems that they defected me for went over the pits, they cleared the defects and on my merry way again. Do it once then its cleared or i believe your just asking for trouble later down the track. plus they give you 30 days to clear the defect usually. oh dont forget the $88.00 booking fee for the transport place.
