  1. You can use R31 LCA's with S13 coilovers, and you dont have to touch the tie rods at all. Using S13 LCA's you get SFA threads on, as said before. Thought I might have an issue with the balljoint but not so. I know this as Ive just done it. Most people use S13 LCA's to gain track, I did that with my wheels instead (18 x 9 -10, and yes they fit) You CANNOT use S13 tie rod ends as they have a different pitch on the thread. I used the following... S13 Silk Road Section RMA-8 10kg/8kgcoilovers S13 Hub/Knuckle/Stub axle R31 LCA R31 rack/tie rods/tie rod ends R32 GTS-T pot callipers R33 GTS non turbo 4 stud rotors R31 brake lines S13 caliper banjo bolts. Whiteline sway bar and super pro link bushes 3rds Productions Rose Jointed Adj. Castor Arms and it all bolted straight together. No modding needed whatsoever. Was absolutley stoked with the outcome, hope this helps. Im also using VS commodore calipers on the rear (Hydraulic handbrake), and havent had any bias problems at all. Havent heard of people with Stock 31 calipers having issues either. Nothing to worry about there. If it's a real concern for you though (And I see it as completely unnecessary) you can add a brake bias controller. Not needed though. Hope all this helps you somewhat.
  2. meh, Least if we hit the colour will match
  3. I can fix that dave. More guard rollage and wind down those turnbuckles.... f**k 1 inch, lets put those rails on the ground LOL And you had a VERY f**king good reason for showing up late. f**k my birthday rocked lol.
  4. cant thrash a car you cant drive LOL Should take the Keto out New steering rack, extended front studs, Cage and new seat setup this weekend. Then paint and Im done. then tandems yes?
  5. ah they work now. Matty... needs more offsets. And more cowbell
  6. that link isnt working for me flick.
  7. Havent heard your car simon. Been staying away from drift pracs etc. because it depresses me too much not being out there :laughing-smiley-014:
  8. No ext. gate. AM Perforance Screamer pipe. I want one too. And by f**k I want to get out there. Sick of the 31 being in the shed.
  9. STOK*34? I like the OMFG 34 a little LOL...
  10. Thats a risk Im willing to take with the 31, as it'll be driven mostly on the track. (only take it out on the street rarely) I dont want to spend any more cash on it anyways I just want to drive the f**ker.
  11. I would, But after the week we just had (and it aint over yet ) I dunno if I can be f**ked. Wish the 31 was running
  12. all of the above is true. Reason being is that me KE70 has about 3.5 killerwatts of 4K 1300cc fury An AWD with 50 billionty jiggawatts would be quite the handful. And matty, that clapped out crap cant tow the 31... cause the 31 hasnt left the shed in 10 months
  13. Sorry Matty, cant bring the commodore out
  14. I do. Was thinking about bringing the KE70 out for a thrash
  15. ah k, wasnt sure if it would have a dramatic effect, or whether it might just be a small amount of fuel. never just changed pump and reg. Always done injectors when I needed more fuel. Will be changing my entire fuelling setup when I upgrade
  16. would an aftermarket FPR increase the stock injectors limit much? Ive been up since 4:30 this morning and my brain resembles a sponge.
  17. Would come out and support the tyrepower team/Club Ghetto boys (as this is ANOTHER prac ill miss out on due to car not being ready) But Ill be drunk out of my brain as it's me birthday!
  18. I believe the saying is..."Stupid is as stupid does."
  19. Agreed with simon about the FPR. Im also using one as an interim measure. Will be getting injectors wwhen I do a big(ish) power upgrade in 6 months or so. HKS 2535, Tomeii Cams, SARD injectors, 044 external pump and surge tank, forward facing plenum, new cooler arrangement, twin plate clutch and RB25 Gearbox. Going to run the setup I have for a while, as I need to setup the car (has never been driven with this setup (all new sus etc) plus I need to learn how to drive full stop :laughing-smiley-014: :laughing-smiley-014: :laughing-smiley-014: And agreed about some engines being freaks. My RB20 Makes 180 at the wheels on 8psi, with only a FMIC, straight pipes and fuel pump. Stock ECU, stock enjectors stock everything. Using a RB25 wastegate too. Seen a lot of 25 upgraded 20's make the same power on 10 - 12 psi and with a remap.
  20. I think you're thinking of injector size. Get a walbro fuel pump ($160 from here/NS.com, A Sard fuel reg ($180 delivered from nengun) and get the ECU remapped for 14 PSI should crack 190 odd quite easily. Hoping for over 200 with the same setup on my car.
  21. Hose? Bah. Hanny works just fine. on private property f**k YES! They come in 4 stud in that size and offset too! Im pondering getting a 17 x 8.5 +25 (With 30mm bolt on LOL) and 18 x 10 +17 staggered set in white for the whore. f**king VERY hot wheels. Certainly look the goods on a 34 too.
  22. Jeff (The SpeedLab) tunes out of Turbo Tune IIRC... located on south road across from castle plaza
  23. Hi Matty!
  24. yours may be faster, but I have better wheel fitment. (18 x 9 +/- 0's and 18 x 10 +5's on a live axle 31 was probably the worst Idea in world history.) So Mine looks great parked oh, and earnie and bert drift mascots.
  25. Needs VS-KF's hanging about 8 - 10mm out the guards, Heavy flare on the rear, slight roll and flare on the front, and lowered another inch. Hang on, I own a R31, why are you listening to me LOL Carry on. (Oh, and very nice 34 BTW)
