That sounds a bit steep I just had full respray and few other bits an bobs done for under that, keep shopping round Deffs go for meshies and some gtr skirts or something

I'm no rust expert but that looks like surface rust which is only superficial should be an easy fix? Maybe try asking in one of the technical threads
